These people saved my life. I've relied on my phone heavily while relocating to Saint John from the West Coast. My phone's power button broke. (my phone is older and my case no doubt accelerated the process) Due to my desperate need for a phone the next day I called them on Labour Day and they happened to be available. I ran it to them (on foot) and they had it back working within 30 minutes. Keep in mind I GOT LUCKY they were available. Please don't expect service from anyone on Labour Day. That's just not right.

tried to scam me out of $110. my phone got moisture in it and wouldnt charge via my cord. the guy working told me the ONLY way to fix it was replace the charging port for 110 AND that my phone was not compatible with wireless charging. I knew that my phone was and he was lying so i left and went to Beats & bytes and $20 later had a wireless charger and my phone charging. anyways i wouldnt have left a bad review about it but they were also rude

Made an appointment on their web-page for 1PM on Dec 8th, when I showed up they were surprised to hear about me making an appointment. Told me to come back at 3PM and they'd have it fixed. I came back they didn't have it fixed. Had the appointment moved to 1PM Dec 22nd. Dropped the phone off again, but when we went to pick it up at 3PM it wasn't done. Was told to drop it off on Monday at 9AM and they'd repair it. Stopped by to drop it off at 9AM on Dec 24th and told their tech wasn't in today. Will be recommending to everyone I know to avoid this store at all costs. There is other companies that can service phones in Saint John.

This is a bad business. I went to their Fredericton store last year and they broke both my phones and wanted me to pay an extra $400 on top of the repair quote. They stopped answering my phone calls in Fredericton and I had to call the owner in Saint John just to get an answer. He told em that there was nothing that they would do. I had to buy two new phones. Now their Fredericton store changed it's name but it's still the same guy doing it. Nothing has changed.

I brought my phone there on April 1st, 2016. I didn't get it back til September 14th and the phone they gave me didn't even work correctly. I never used it at all since then, but I tried it recently because this is my backup phone and my main one doesnt work. This charged *once* to about 20%, then it wouldn't charge anymore. I've tried almost 10 different cables. All of them work but not on this phone.

This is a 0 star from me. The screen of my iphone 7 was broken when i came to visit a friend in saint john. when I came to Cell Phone Solutions I was advised to pay $ 190 for a premium screen or significantly lesser for an after market screen. I paid the premium price for 208.00 after taxes. 2 days when I returned home to Winnipeg, the screen started malfunctioning. I mailed the phone back to them to be repaired through my friend. 2 weeks after the screen was repaired the screen started malfunctioning again. I went to the apple store to get the screen changed after alot of frustration. I found out that I paid $ 208 to Cell Phone Solutions for an after market screen. I called Cell phone Solutions to report this and the technician just asked me "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO". DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR IPHONES. THEY OVERCHARGE AND USE INFERIOR PARTS. THE STORE IS A TOTAL SCAM. I JUST LOST $208 DOLLARS.

I have an uncommon phone and I broke the camera lens. They ordered in the part and called me when it was ready. My carrier wanted $300 for the fix, and Cell Phone Solutions did it for $40. Not only that, but they did it in about 30 minutes. I dropped it off, went for lunch and came back to get it, back to work on time.

I honestly dont know how they have such a good review they must have the bad ones deleted. Had to take my ipad i bought from them back 3 times the fourth i just asked for a refund. They fixed my wifes iphone a few years back and it never worked right after had to go back 3 times as well. Ive heard no good from them.

Samsung A71 Charger port Dropped off for charger port repair. pick it up and was told new charger port was all set, then realized they had made an issue with my service as I could not make or receive calls. I drive back to town for them to fix that, thank them and then drove home. Tried to plug my phone in and realized they had not fixed the charging port. They had not fixed my issue and created a 2nd, separate that hade to be resolved. I had to drive again for them to actually fix the port. At this point I had driven there and back 5 times. Once to drop off, once when I was told it was not ready, once to pick it up, once for the service, and once for the original issue. I spent 9-345 and didn't get so much as anyone taking accountability. Awful.

Great price and service! Inadvertently smashed the back glass and front screen on my iPhone XR, and had Apple quote $600 to fix the front and back glass and these guys did an +A job for $325! Was hesitant to get my phone repaired by someone that wasn't apple authorized but Face ID, microphone, cameras and charging port work as well as they did before! Hats off to Cell Phone Solutions for offering an alternative to price gougers (Apple??) and would highly recommend if one was looking for phone repairs

My whole experience with them was fantastic from the time I walked through the door. Given this pandemic we are dealing with. Only one person is allowed in the store at a time. And although it was a little wait it was worth it knowing that I felt safe going in. They clean everything, very sanitary and although they were unable to fix my phone, which was beyond their control, they gave me an awesome deal on another one and threw in a charger.
