Today I went into Nelson mall to go get a new phone threw Telus. And Pete went about and beyond to get me the best deals. The power also went out for 30 mins and he still managed to work with me threw his tablet using the Safe on foods wifi.. he was very kind and I was very understanding. He worked with me for 3 hours. Transferred all my pictures and information onto the new phone from the old one. He is so worth the travel to. I came from Castlegar. I'd highly recommend Pete... I'm very pleased with the service. He definitely went above and beyond. I'm very thankful. . .

Whether setting up your first Tinder account or snapping a perfect pic of your fur baby, Dan has the knowledge and can set you on the right path in your pursuit of happiness. I guess what I’m saying is I really wouldn’t trust anyone else to to switch out my SIM card but him. Thanks for the continued elevated high quality customer service.

At the Castlegar store I had the worst experience. So I decided to drive to Nelson because I have always had such great customer service there. Daniel the store manager has bar far the best customer service I have seen! He was working alone and was so busy! He was so friend to everyone that came up and explained everything to me with my new phone! He actually took the time to show me different plans and prices and called into Telus for me! Honestly I would recommend going to him anytime!.... he needs a raise ;) thanks Daniel! You are really good at your job!

I was so impressed by and grateful for Dan’s cheerful and gracious service today. With an iPhone that was acting possessed and work responsibilities that necessitated a functioning phone, Dan helped me navigate a quick transfer to a new device . Due to a misunderstanding with another employee, I arrived at the kiosk at the end of the work day thinking that my phone would be ready. Although it was not ready, Dan generously offered to stay as long as it took to put a functioning phone in my hands that evening. An hour and a half after the scheduled end of his workday, Dan sent me home with a shiny new phone and a new appreciation for the service he offers. Thank you for your care and help!

He helped us pick out a phone and package that will work for us. Also, by switching from Telus to Koodo (owned by Telus), we will save money on our monthly bill. He also helped us to switch over our information from our old phones to our new phones. It was a very positive experience.
