They recovered all my valuable data, gave me back a fast running machine that feels better than new, and I received good natured, hilarious, and professional service all along the way. A great little computer shop, they carry a bit of everything. I mainly go in for their vape E-juice they have a nice selection, maybe not as much as other local shops but enough of a selection to keep most people satisfied and because their not sitting on thousands in stock it carries through to the price which beats any other such shop within the urban area. Friendly staff very helpful and courteous. Best place in Nelson to get your e-juice hands down

I am in awe of the customer service and professionalism at Phoenix Computers in Nelson right on Baker street. Hours before a long weekend and a computer that would not power up, Scott to the rescue. I am confident most business' would say come back after the long weekend but they were able to sit down with me, look at my dinasour of a computer and not only return it back to me before the end of the day but all repaired.
