Excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge with Apple products. My iPhone started to malfunction with just under a year of use and took it to Johnathan to look into. He informed me I had just 4 days left of warranty under Apple (I wasn’t aware there was a warranty!). I could have easily spent hundreds on repair or replacement for the phone. I had been to a computer store to fix a couple problems with my new mac mini, although the problem wasn't resolved. I also contacted Apple about this problem. They seemed confused and couldn't figure it out, so no resolution there. When I found out about Johnathan, I took my computer to him. After about an hour of his time, my problems were finally dealt with. It's nice to be able to sit with him while he goes through the issue which is something you don't generally get when you take your computer into a store. So, I highly recommend his services.

I called Johnathan with Malware issues on my Mac. Right away he took the time to explain what Malware actually is and the easiest way to remove the issue. He recommended I download Malwarebytes premium and walked me through the process over the phone in the comfort of my home. At that time, the app did not seem to remove the issue so Johnathan scheduled an in person appointment to look at my Mac free of charge. In the end the Malware was removed and I was provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend Mountain Mac Solutions to anyone.
