I have been meaning to write this review for more than 6 months! I had an MSI laptop that I showed Paul a few times and every time, his advice was consistent. The price was consistent and he was really good at finding the problem. He's honest and kind of old school fashioned, knows what he does and stands by his word (try most Indian repair stores and you'll understand what I mean by that). Not only is he a professional technician, but also a nice person with an interesting Philosophy. You probably won't be bored when he's trying figure out the problem with your computer.

Le résultat fut le même, tous les fichiers étaient corrompus. Non seulement j'ai perdu mes données mais je trouve qu'il charge franchement cher pour une opération relativement simple (réinstaller windows). Il parle et parle sans arrêts, le dude gosse. Je pourrais passer par dessus le fait qu'il se ferme pas la trappe si seulement il m'avait offert un service convenable mais 100$ pour détruire mes données, c'est juste non.

Bref - 2 mois plus tard, au point ou le bruit dérangeait mes sessions Zoom clients, j'ai fais regardé mon ordinateur par un autre technicien. Celui-ci m'a informé que le ventilateur n'avait jamais été changé, seulement remis en marche. J'ai dû payer un technicien pour faire remplacer le ventilateur à nouveau mais cette fois, mon ordi fonctionne à merveille.
