I couldn't believe my ears .... I then left my laptop, the spare keyboard (in exchange for a receipt) and 2 hours later I was called to tell me that my laptop was ready! They even took care to take the sticker (Intel Core i7) from my old keyboard and put it back on the new one .... It is this type of impeccable service that I should have had at New-Tek! (Original) Je suis allé aujourd'hui à New-Tek pour faire changer le clavier de mon ordi, alors le Monsieur m'a demandé 125$ pour une réparation qu'il a qualifiée de délicate, exigente, etc....Alors, grâce au conseil d'une personne que j'ai rencontrée dans le centre commercial H-Bourassa, je suis allé chez LAP-PRO (à deux pas du métro Henri-Bourassa- 587 Boul H-B) et, SURPRISE, on m'a demandé carrément le 1/4 du prix exigé par New-Tek (35$)....Je n'en croyais pas mes oreilles....J'ai alors laissé mon laptop, le clavier de rechange (en échange d'un reçu) et 2h plus tard on m'appela pour me dire que mon laptop était prêt! Ils ont même pris le soin de reprendre le sticker (Intel Core i7) de mon ancien clavier et de le recoller sur le nouveau....C'est ce type de service impeccable que j'aurai dû avoir eu chez New-Tek!
