I was panicked when my hard drive bit the dust during my busiest time of year. I'd heard horror stories from friends who were without their computers for weeks or even months waiting for repairs, and I absolutely could not afford to have that happen. Patrick was extremely friendly and helpful, installed 2 new hard drives for me by the end of the day, and the price was very reasonable. It was a huge relief, and I will definitely use Just Call Dave when I need computer repairs in the future.

He is very upfront and honest in his dealings. He does not try to up-sell or push any kinds of "bells and whistles" on customers to add on to their computers (not even me and I'm a gadget freak). And if something is not worth the price to pay to repair ( as in "It would be cheaper to go and buy a new device, etc"), he will recommend against pursuing that course of action, where others would try to milk the customer for all they're worth.

My Dell laptop's WIFI has been acting erratically for a couple of weeks. Calls to Dell and other on-line repair sites did not help. So, I "just called Dave", he said bring it in. I did, and about an hour later it was fixed! I have waited a couple of days to post this to make sure it stayed fixed, and sure enough, the problem is gone, plus my WIFI is faster than it has ever been! Dave, you are a magician! For reasonably priced, fast, friendly, excellent computer repair in Moncton, I will be "just calling Dave" from now on!

I brought my laptop in to be cleaned after I spilled some wine on the keyboard. Dave told me that it would be cheaper to replace the keyboard entirely. After a couple of days, he called me back to have the new keyboard installed. However, when I picked it up, the keyboard hadn't been installed properly. Dave happily took it back and supervised the employee who had done the initial replacement, and the final job was perfect. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable, and I'd definitely come here again for my compute repair needs.

Well, here goes. I dropped off my laptop in November 2018. I figured there was something wrong with my optics cable because the screen kept flickering. Dave said he needed to order a part, and he'd let me know when it was in. In December, we got a call saying it was here. Brought the laptop back, but turns out its the wrong cable. Then the same scenario happens AGAIN and AGAIN. When my husband got the call that the fourth part was in today, and showed up to be told that it still wasn't fixed, we were very mad. This has been going on since November! We demanded our money back, and brought the malfunctionning laptop home. Which, by the way, is missing a part. Dave didn't put back what I'm assuming is the hard drive cover. NEVER dealing with him again. He had good reviews but I cannot support this business.

Saved my MC from Water (tea) damage! My 17 month old spilled a full cup of tea on my MacBook. I turned it upside down and thought it must be toast. I went online using my cell and blogs said if you bring it to a Mac dealer, they will likely charge $700 or more to replace/fix it even when no necessary. I started reading small local business' reviews and saw many 5 start for Dave. I am still skeptical of reviews, but after viewing his website, I felt this man really did good work at a fair fair price. I brought my MacBook the next morning. He opened it up and there was still liquid (BTW, don't listen to blog and wait it out 4 days). He took my whole computer apart and cleaned it. There was some corrosion, but nothing was damaged. I got my Mac back the same day and he only charged his time for cleaning. I have been using it for two 2 days with no issues and could not be more pleased. If you need help with electronics, call Dave... Excellent work at a good price!
