Got him to tune up my system - as always he answers my question and checks out my concerns - prices are excellent as is his service. No matter how many times I connect with him it is constant good service .April 2021 Joel got right to it and solved several things that needed to be done and found a MAJOR issue that when solved I will be in computer heaven in a couple days - excellent service - he it explained it all in common language so I could understand what he was doing - no condescending attitude - for this not computer savy person - asked what I used - didn't use - upgraded things I didn't know about - yes excellent service - recommend him to everyone
