I was informed of exactly what repairs were needed on my laptop and I learned that it didn’t have to be cleaned/wiped - something that the larger chain store was going to charge me an additional $100 for. I recently did business with this company for a new gaming PC build and Dalton @ Digibandit was extremely helpful and tweaked the list I gave him to make it work better as I'm a total newbie when dealing with PC hardware. He ordered and tested all the parts, built and updated the PC and gave emailed updates at each step of the way. The price is also good compared to other places and the pricing was clear and well explained beforehand. He also fixed up my dead 20yo SNES and now it works like a charm :) great service overall. I would definitely recommend Digibandit for all your computer needs!

I contacted five places I found on Kijiji and Dalton from Digibandits was the only person to even reply to my inquires. We corresponded back and forth and I then looked here on Google for his reviews. They are excellent- as they should be. Reassured, I took my laptop in to be fixed. The trackpad had stopped working. The battery had swollen so I had the battery replaced. Along, the way, I decided to upgrade my hhd to ssd. Dalton and Ethan are very professional and very easy to communicate with. I always knew how much eveything would cost and the time frame required. The battery had to be ordered in. It took a week or so to arrive. I was informed and in this case they "under promised and over delivered". I mean they said the battery would be in 10 days and it was in in 7 or 8. Great service. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I hope to build a gaming pc and I will definitely be using their services for at least some of that.

SYSTEM NOT AS ADVERTISED! I bought a PC back in November for my brother to trick out, and the system had two big flaws that were straight up fraud. When first using the system we realize it's some illegitimate windows, even though we were told it would come with Windows 10 home 64 bit. I call and they try and pull something like "well it is that, but just a trial version, you can buy windows for another 70$". The other big issue was the advertised 4gb DDR2, when we opened the system it was ONE GIG OF DDR2!!! We at this point long lost the transcript and have already boughten new parts, but please if you buy off these guys either act like you know whats up so they dont try to pull a fast one, or open your system and check if the parts are correct!!! I'll never buy off Digibandit again. I no longer have the transcript of my order and you know it, calling wont help. You prey on people under the assumption they dont know what theyre buying. I was stupid to trust your backwater store

One of the best IT shops in the Moncton area. Great guy. Came in looking for an old lga 1155 board. Was told the only one he had was an older make that didn’t fit my needs and was told he would order one in if I wanted. Walked out with a deal of a refurbished PC. I never say negative things about a business and this is my first review on Google and it's months overdue. I'm disappointed. My daughter took her laptop to digibandit and she got it back slower than ever. He was supposed to speed it up but did the opposite. Geeks Unlimited fixed whatever digibandit did to slow it down. It was an expensive nightmare. I do not recommend.

What can I say? He knows his stuff. Very pleasant and professional. Customer service.... impeccable!! He is fixing a laptop for me. My son spilt a bowl of "Mr. Noodles" on it. Story goes, I bought it from a big box store and also purchased the most warranty I could possibly buy which covered everything!!! Everything but accidental damage that is! ( that option is only on a monthly plan) haha gotcha!! So they (big box store) charged me 150 dollars to look at it, take 3 months to get back to me and say it's a 1000 dollar repair. They wouldn't tell what the problems were or what parts it even needed. Just 1000 dollars to fix it. Imagine!!! Needless to say I asked for it back and it sat on the shelf for the past 6 months dead. Dalton is pretty sure he can fix the problem for 175.00 bucks +tax. (Best case scenario) no parts needed. Imagine!!! He is honest and knowledgeable for that I will recommend him to everyone I can. I never give reviews but I had to make an exception. Worst service we've ever had! My boyfriend brought our laptop in and dalton charged us for a repair that didn't get done! It's slower than it ever was and our wireless keeps disconnecting. That never happened before bringing it to him. Pop ups on our chrome were never fixed and the speed is slower than it ever was and our laptop is only 3 months old. We spent a lot of money to have our computer fixed and working the way it should but we got it back in worse condition. I don't know what he did but will never be back. Have to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed again.
