Went in with an expensive 6 TB hard drive in an external enclosure that was giving me grief. They got it fixed and working while I stood there. Less than 15 minutes. Way cheaper than replacing the drive. I now have it connected to my router as a network drive that I can use for backing up all my computers to a single location with no more connecting drives to individual computers for backing up. I will definitely be a repeat customer (but hopefully not too often haha ????).

Was pleasantly surprised to see a Menorah on the office desk. They repaired the hinge on my laptop and upgraded my ram. Price was on point. Will be back with any computer issues I experience in the future and will let others know that boss computer repair is the place to go!

They did an awesome job on a case swap and video card install. I ordered myself a new video card without thinking about if it would fit in my current case, and oops... it didn't. Doing a full swap of all the components was beyond my comfort level and technical competence, so I came here. Dan and Ray were so helpful and gave me details on other components I would need in order to support my new video card inside the new case. I work from home and need my computer during the work week and he was also able to turn it around for me on a Saturday so I was good to go for the upcoming work week. Would highly recommend Boss computer repair for friendly, fast, and trustworthy service. If I have future upgrade needs, I won't hesitate to use them again.

I can't say enough about the service that Dan at boss computers provided me. I give them 10 stars. I have a 4 year old HP that wouldn't power up no matter what I tried. Took it to two other shops before Boss and both techs concluded that it was a motherboard issue and neither one of them was willing to work on it without replacing the motherboard which was quite expensive. This is where Boss comes in. After patiently eliminating possible motherboard issues over a 1 week period, they managed to resuscitate it by removing the BIOS chip, reflashing it and then resoldering the chip back on the motherboard. Long story short? They fired it up and it’s running like new again!

Quick response to recovering my data. I am 100% satisfied with the recovery... haven't noticed any missing data and the data functions as it should. Dan was professional and ensured that I knew what to expect process and price wise. A bit pricey but the work done it’s worth it ten times over! Couldn’t be more pleased! Would rather pay a bit more for a successful job than cheap out and lose my data. 10 stars!

I purchased my MacBook Air used on FB Marketplace. After a couple months, it was continually shutting down after about 10-15 minutes of use. So, I took it to boss repair. They found that it was the inverter and replaced it and I had it back the next day. Problem resolved and hasn't happened again.

Went in for a data recovery on our work system. We own Herbal Health Canada and our laptop crashed after a power failure. We thought all was lost until we called Boss computer repair! We also got an amazing website development... which is how we found out they also had an I.T department! Two birds with one stone! Boss should be in everyone's contact list. These guys not only give what's asked for but they do it quickly and affordably!

Great customer service! I have a limited edition gaming laptop and cracked the screen and killed the hard drive after a fall. Boss was amazing and had my screen replaced in a week and all of my data back and a new hard drive installed. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Boss repair is arguably the best shop in Moncton. They explained all of my options so I could make the best and most informed decision. Then they brought back my computer to pretty much new condition at a fraction the cost i was initially quoted by two other shops. I highly recommend these guys for your computer services. They know what they're doing and they have very fair pricing.

My macbook air was stuck in a reboot. Apple told me there was NOTHING they could do besides a restore but the real problem was that I had never backed up my data. Lesson learned. Called boss computer repair and they recovered my files. Great customer service, prompt response time and very good communication during the process.
