BJW is my go-to place for hard to find components. I spend a whole afternoon calling places that people recommended, but this is the only place I could find that sells capacitors in Moncton. The service is always great, they've always had what I'm looking for in stock, and the staff is knowledgeable. I will continue to shop there and continue to recommend them. I just wish they were open on Saturday ;)

Brought my PS4 there weeks ago got told to wait one more weekend and then to call back the following Monday and buddy is taking yet another day off, I expected way more I just hope when they get to working on it that it is better than their customer service

Honestly No help what so ever. Front desk worker has a personality like brick. Manager slouching in his chair not even phased to help with questions being asked. Looking for some help doing my own repair and requesting of parts. No direction or help given, couldn't be phased would not recommend the effort of conversation.

Very poor service. It took three weeks to get my Samsung Smart TV back. It cost too much for what was done. The MAIN ISSUE is that it worked for three evenings and stopped working again. The very same issue. Contacted the Samsung company and advised them. They told me to bring it in one more time. I wonder if spare parts were used?

Not sasitified with service that was provided and the tech's are un-qualified to do the work. Was charged for a inspection fee that wasn't thoroughly done. I got refunded and will not be returning.

They have poor service. Asked about replacing a main board of a plasma tv. They said just take a picture of the full model number and they'd get back to me the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and followed up twice and still no answer.

This place is worst. I brought my laptop to them and hoped they could fix my fan. They call me back to let me know that my laptop will fix within 2 weeks. However, two month passed and they didn't make a single call to tell me about my laptop's status. After that, I came back and they promised they will call me when the fan come. The reason is because they was ordering a new fan to replace my current fan. Three months had passed by now which in total is 5 months without response. Yes, NO response.

Would not recommend this place. I dropped off my device about a year ago and they said shortly after they probably could not fix it (which is fair enough I was happy with that) but the tech said to leave it with him and he would look at when he got the chance (he said it was in parts on his desk). I had forgotten about it and did not hear anything from them and when I remembered and called they said they had junked it with out my ok. I had no intentions of junking this. Terrible customer service.

I went in during pandemic restrictions and was met with organized, curbside service. I had broken tracing to a connector on a motherboard and showed up with no appointment. They took my board right in, made a quick fix while I waited and I couldn't believe how low their rate was, given how hard most businesses are working just to stay afloat. Look no further for your local electronic repair shop. These guys rock!

Matt was astoundingly helpful! We needed a single song burned to disc and could find no one in the city to help us. He, however, had us sorted in minutes. Completely ruined my Sansui AU 719! I have never been so jerked around. Waited a year, was repeatedly told they could do the work. Just be patient. Paid them almost $500.00 after waiting so long just to have it quit after a short time. Sent it to a Sansui specialist, actually sold it to him. He stated it was pretty well ruined, what they had done was poorly done and contributed to it's ultimate failure. Very expensive lesson and I lost an amp I likely will never again have.

can only fix basic things, no real knowledge on real hi fi stuff, will charge you 40$ for them to look at it and then tell you they can't fix it
