I must say i have been to a variety of different computer shops in and around Mississauga,as well as in Hamilton as well.. Now with that being said,I MUST say with my up most confidence. Is I am extremely happy to say that i have finally found a superb computer shop,who attends to any type of problem that i have or ever have had, in regards to my hard drive in the past. They're so very GENUINE, THEY'RE FAST,ALWAYS SO VERY RELIABLE, and not to mention their $ PRICES $ are ever so reasonable. Older off lease Dell and Lenovo laptops that are work horses that are exceptionally well priced. I cracked my phone screen and came here to fix it. The price was reasonable but I should have just taken it to Apple for it to get done properly. My phone glitches now but my main concern about this place was seeing that they went through my pictures. After getting my phone fixed I looked at my phones screen time and saw someone spent 10 minutes looking at my photos... This is an invasion of my privacy and I just want to warn others about this it.

Honesty, integrity, genuiness, was my take away from my experience with SOS computers. I took my laptop in upon returning from vacation. It was stuck in a boot loop. I went through a plethora of YouTube tutorials and realized I had to take it to a professional. Liam analyzed the problem and suggested I may want to consider purchasing a new laptop as the hard drive was fried. The repair cost was reasonable however, I took Liam's welcomed, and appreciated suggestion, as it was well worth it to me. I had gone to two other computer repair shops in Port Credit to investigate, but the vibe was not there, either was the sound and honest advice I was looking for. Liam took the time to explain things and was very helpful to me. His knowledge of computers, his professionalism, cool, calm, and collected persona, are second to none. I noticed the prices are very reasonble at SOS Computers and the service was excellent! I'm so glad I found SOS Computers.
