I dropped my phone in my friends pool at my collage graduation and I lost all my pictures and got water damage. I was doing research from my university paper when accidentally clicked an ad and it gave my computer a virus, i came to the repair depot to see if they could retrieve my files and the technician did and excellent job of getting all that i needed out of the laptop for a perfectly reasonable price. Walked in after reading other reviews, seemed to be the closest place to get my laptop fixed locally. I had barely put my machine down in front of Adil at this location and he already knew what was wrong and started working right away. He had it fixed in under 10 minutes and explained what the problem was. Fantastic service, would recommend for sure.

I've talked to different reps at Best Phone Repair before and none seemed to offer any real help. so i decided to try best buy location but nobody showed. It was frustrating. I really needed to get my phone fixed so I went back to ink factory . I visited based on the Google reviews and I'm glad I did! I had a computer that wouldn't boot and needed a couple of hard drives moved. The prices were excellent and the work was done quickly and well. Then he went beyond my expectations and cleaned up the cables and airflow, identified misconfigured components, and overclocked the CPU. I couldn't be more pleased...excellent work, man!

I noticed this place had good reviews on Google so I decided to give them a shot. Even though it took longer than expected to replace my shattered phone screen, I was very happy with the service. They spent hours working on it because my screen was slightly bent and they wanted to make sure the new screen fit on perfectly so I would not have issues. I found their price range to be right in the middle of the other places I called($80 for an iphone 5s screen repair). Excellent service and friendly staff made my mistake of dropping my phone, not so bad. Thanks again to the staff

I always bring my broken phone here, the techs are very friendly and helpful every time. I am prone to breaking my phone and they have fixed it on numerous occasions, only ever takes an hour - 2 hours tops and I am satisfied every time. I suggest using a screen protector, unlike myself. I smash my phone and only started using an otter box now.

I received great quality service when I went to repair my Dell laptop. I had an issue with ghost clicks on my Dell laptop that bothered me for months and I couldn't even diagnose the issue properly after many searches on google. I took my laptop here based on google reviews and proximity. Adil Syed (the laptop tech ) knew what the issue almost immediately was and solved the problem on the spot. I was amazed....It turned out to be a minor issue, so he decided not to charge me for it!! Unbelievable, because I had called a few other repair stores that gave me a quote of $95 for repairs. Adil's goodwill is very hard to come by these days. Thank you for such a fantastic service. I really can't thank you enough.

I don't usually give out 5 stars. I had an issue with my laptop (getting overheating notice). Took it in early evening and got a phone call 3 hours later saying it was fixed. Picked it up and it works like a charm. Price for repair was fair. Very professional. Next time I have any issues with lap top, cell phones etc, I'm definitely going there first.
