response time - quick behaviour - professional and friendly location - convenient contacted him from FB marketplace for laptop battery replacement. felt bit uncomfortable initially when he mentioned that u will have to give the laptop and wait outside. but took a chance after meeting him. clean and genuine person. he kept sending pics of each step that he was doing inside with the laptop. that was quite impressive, i didn’t expect that much transparency but it gave a good feel that it’s in safe hands. it took him barely 10 mins and came back handed over the laptop. very pleasant experience.

The right hinges between the monitor and keyboard on my acer laptop were damaged and it needed fixing. Karthik explained me in detail why the hinges came off and what needs to be fixed. Got to know about Karthik from a WhatsApp group. I tried to fix my 10 year old Dell studio for a month and gave it up. Recently gave it to Karthik, he was able to sort out the heating issue and got windows 10 installed (overnight). Waiting on the power button to be fixed to see the system up and running, plan is to at least use it for the kids online classes. I have already handed over my 2nd 10 year old dell inspiron to him for a similar upgrade and to address damages in the monitor hinges. He is knowledgeable and shares the findings before actioning it. He is very economical and suggests cheaper alternatives for the spares. Highly recommend Karthik for his knowledge and quality of service. Thank you Karthik!

Called to get laptop repaired and he asked me to come at 11:30 am on a Saturday. I show up and he says sorry I am doing another repair can you come at 12:30 pm. Waste of time. He couldn't even show common courtesy to call me to at least let me know when I was on my way.
