They are theives! They took my laptop and they said that they will inspect it for free. Later on they called me saying that it will cost $120. I refused and I came back to them to pick it up, but they refused to give it back to me! They said they sent it somewhere else for inspection! They didn't tell me before that they will send it somewhere else for inspection and they didn't ask me for permission to do that.

I dropped off my laptop on Monday to have it assessed for its poor performance. The individual took my number down to call me back and never did call me back. On Friday, I dropped by to find out what is happening with my laptop and a different individual gave me back my laptop stating the battery was updated to a new one but could not answer my question about any other issues. Upon going back to my home, my laptop crashed! These guys are liars, unprofessional and a scam. As I am a social worker with a disability, I will close them down!!!!!!!!!
