My computer wouldn’t start up, it was a hardware problem. I took it in, they diagnosed it for free, kept me informed at every step, worked late on a Sunday to keep me posted, fixed it under budget and the price was already very low to begin with. They fixed it in a day, and it runs noticeably faster. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys deserve a shout out. Great job, thanks!

Hi, I have been to this place to fix my desk top. Mr. Ali, whom I met was very patient and professional in listening and understanding my problem. He checked my computer and suggest me to change power supply which I agreed with his quotation. When I went to pick up, he took $50 less then what he quoted and explained that he got discount which he transferred to me. In this time of world, it is not possible to find people like him.

They did a very good job with the camera work at our building as it is very complicated since our building has challenges with receiving WIFI signals from Bell or rogers being in a new developed area. Very decent and genuine people to work with.

Mr. Ali was absolutely wonderful and gave me the BEST PRICE available around. He also was super friendly, cooperative and extremely thorough as well as professional. The company was highly recommended to me by a friend for its excellent IT services and I could not agree with him more for the repair work it did recently on my desktop computer. My computer could not restart and I urgently needed it to complete and submit a business contract on time. The owner of the company was extremely helpful by personally attending onsite on Sunday evening to work on the problem until almost 2;30 a.m. He even followed up for another onsite visit to fix an outstanding issue with no extra charge. He systematically and comprehensively conducted the diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures and tried all means to avert a re-installation of the operating system, but unfortunately it was found to be necessary as a last resort. Before the re-installation, he was able to access the hard drives and retrieve all my valuable files, which regrettably had not been backup for many months. I found him highly knowledgeable, conscientious, trustworthy and diligent in performing his work. In all my long years in business, he was by far the best IT technician I ever had and will therefore not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. So, should you need IT services, especially when sensitive data needs to be safeguarded and/or in an emergency as was my case, you can count on the company in getting the job done right and professionally and with dependable follow-up, where necessary, at a reasonable price.
