Tommy saved the day! I am a senior and husband has dementia. Our only p[hone is my cell phone. I was in the process of calling Home Care to have him put on a list for a LTC home when the phone went dead. I panicked and charged out of the house to head to somewhere to have it repaired or buy a new one. Tommy saved the day apparently it had died even though I pulled it in all night (I think) he also took the time to clean up all the apps that were not needed and have my phone work faster. Thank you Tommy, you are my angel.

Full Line Electronics is a great “local” shop. They have a large and varied inventory of top name products (Sony, LG, Toshiba, etc.) AND they will price-match with the big boys. If You live in Midland, Penetanguish, Tiny or Tay they are the obvious choice. Keep it “Local” when you can.

Over the past couple of months my family has needed new cell phones so I stopped in to see what they had to offer. We met the sales rep Tommy. My youngest daughter is always full of questions and has frustrated people in the past when we've shopped, on this occasion she met her match. Not only did Tommy answer every question she had he did it in a professional manner that we appreciated. I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion, we will only deal with this gentleman for our cell device needs.

Don't go here for a phone. Lots of staff walking around but only 1 person that can sell a phone. When that person is busy does not even acknowledge your there waiting. Just ignores you.

I must say that the customer service from them is outstanding. I went in to ask for help in syncing my iphone and they couldn’t have been more helpful! And they even sold me a wireless iPhone charger for half price since the one on display didn’t have its box. Fantastic store and I highly recommend it! Thank you

Great service from the Clarke family who have owned and operated this business since 1979. They carry the major brands, Sony, Yamaha, Bose and many more recognized names. Service is exemplary. The Clarke’s provide delivery and in home setup of your electronics at a very reasonable cost. I have dealt with this retailer for over 25 years with complete satisfaction.

Never written a review before but this place specializes in Bait and Switch or no stock. DO NOT visit these guys unless you call in advance and make certain they actually have what they are advertising. On several occasions I've walked out empty handed ...with cash in hand (incl two items today) and despite being advertised on their just updated web site, they blamed an outdated website and have no stock on the sale items but they will sell you something else for more money. I was going to compromise on one product that was boldly advertised on their site and guess what...yep, no stock. Want to speak with someone, don't bother... whatever day you may be there its a bad day and sales staff tell you there is apparently no Manager to help....as I was leaving clearly frustrated at the situation, I received a sarcastic "have a nice day sir". I like to shop locally and I've actually spent quite a fair bit over the years with these guys but my patience is exhausted...when I buy it from Amazon I will also make sure they aren't the seller!...if they cant take care of you in person I can only imagine how horrible their customer service must be hiding behind a computer screen.

Needed new batteries for a small light. They did not have the same batteries but had one they said was worked the same. I got to the store and paid for the batteries and as I went to test them they said the batteries could not be returned if opened even if they dont work so i did not buy the batteries. The man I was dealing with was polite the whole time, this review is in regards to the return policy. Update- owner responded to my concerns however I had already bought the batteries I needed elsewhere. Because of the response I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars and will give them another go next time I need something.
