Love the new management there and staff, I turned away because of the lady that was in there before. Actually the new guy running the store and an employee actually visited me at my home and introduced the new staff. I am on disability so it's hard for me to get out. I am a new customer of Easy Home and I have to say that the treatment I have received from the Orillia location have been nothing but awesome. Shawn and Lori have been nothing but a great help to me. I got a bed, tv and tv stand from them at a great price, and they even treated me like family, making suggestions on what kind of tv I would need based off of what I am using it for. I then went to the Barrie location to get a laptop as I was moving to Barrie and they were not very pleasant towards me because I was also dealing with Orillia. So, I went back to the Orillia store and had my new laptop in hand within 2 days. Love you guys there and I will be a continued customer of the Orillia store in the future.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Shawn and his team. We had a new fridge delivered today and both his workers were fantastic. They took care in bringing it into the house and were ever so careful that our floors did not get marked up And took the time to disassemble and assemble the fridge with care, took the time to set the temperature as well. They also took all plastic and cardboard that came with the fridge as well.

I have been a customer wih Easy home Midland for years now. Here staff is great. very welcoming and personable. They will call you and make sure payments are good to go before payment date. They let you know of sales and items. The warrenty and replacement of rent to own Items is fabulous. They constantly keep you in the loop about what is going on in their store. If you need to make a smaller paument or have to miss a payment they work with you to help you. As long as you are in contact with them. I love bening part of the easy home Family of midland.
