I've taken my computer in to Computer Central a couple times (for malware issues). They have definitely got the work done and got my computer back up and running, which is why I gave them 3 stars. Their prices are quite high so I deducted a star for that. On top of that, the last time my $2700 Alienware came back with scratches out of the finish, from what I can only guess, the technician didn't know how to remove the keyboard properly to access the hard drive. I wasn't a happy camper. Another star deducted. :-(

The best place to go for anything computer related! Carol And Ray Are really good at there job and allways give you there“honest” Opinion. They don’t try to up sell you or try to get you to buy anything you don’t need like other electronic stores do . I trust them fully! Thank you for all your help guys!

If you have a problem with your computer this is the best place to have it resolved. I bought a new system and the service was great. New computer switch over was effortless and price was reasonable
