I went to Mobile Klinik to get my phone diagnosed. They told me the battery was faulty or installed improperly. They gave me a chance to take it back to where I got it and get them to replace the battery. I went back and they were very rude and although the battery was only 6 months old, they wouldn't warranty it as they said the warranty expired after 3 months. Plus they would not set me up with a loaner phone. I didn't want to do business with them any more so I went back to Mobile Klinik and they not only replaced the battery at a lower cost, but they gave me a lifetime guarantee. They also set me up with a loaner phone. I would totally recommend Mobile Klinik in Medicine Hat, courteous and knowledgable staff eager to help and please! They are 5 star! They saved the day!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. My phone kept dying and my mobile carrier said it would need to be set away for repairs that would take at least 2 weeks and probably longer because of the upcoming holidays. Mobile Klink quickly diagnosed a battery connection issue and repaired it within an hour. I now have a working phone for the Christmas season. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I dropped by to have my phone checked because the charger just stopped working. Mike was very helpful and checked it immediately. Had my phone cleaned and it started working again and when I was about to ask how much he said it was just FREE since he just cleaned it. Took my phone in quickly to have the charger looked at as every cord would fall out easily and have to be held specifically to charge. They looked at it and cleaned it out and it seems to work as a charger should again. Thanks!

I went in to have my type C port replaced and the technician explained how with a cracked shell it would be costly but then he took the phone and looked in the port and ended up clearing it so it now works fine and he didn't charge me. Very trustworthy person.

Super helpful and friendly service when I recently purchased a refurbished phone. They set me up with all the accessories to go with at a great discount. We (my husband and I) have great experiences at the Medicine Hat location on numerous occasions. We had a couple of batteries replaced and they assisted me when I purchased a new phone with transferring the information from my old phone to the new phone. On all three occasions they have been super helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Additionally they were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
