I wanted to leave a review for 5 star service from the MHR team. So far the hottest 2 weeks in Medicine Hat this year. I booked an appointment with Christine and she was amazing at trouble shooting with me about my AC issue. It took a few days to get an appointment- which I completely expected this time of year but at least they answered their phone and booked me in. I left a message with the answering service of another local company that called me back 5 days later. . . I waited for MHR. Turns out Christine’s suggestions solved the issue but I still had service done by Chris to make sure. Thanks a million guys. MHR will be my first phone call the next time I need help.

Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night on a Friday when it was -32 out. After being up all night attempting to fix with no success my wife started calling places first thing Saturday morning. Medicine Hat Refrigeration was the first to respond and the technician was there within an hour. He was friendly, clean and willing to talk through the issues with me. Identified the problem and had to replace a part on the furnace. He had the part in stock in is work van! We were up and running in under 2 hours and have had no issues since. I also had interaction with the General Manager, Mark, and was taken care of. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We weren't getting any cool air In the house.phone mhr withing ten minute Sheldon one of their techs was at the house and efficiently located the leak in the condenser and 1hr later we had strong ac flowing throughout the house.The price was lower than I had expected and workmanship was stellar.Definatly a five star job!

We replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit. Mark emphasized how careful installations were important to the life span of the products. He helped us choose the correct size of air conditioner & furnace for our home and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. The crew of three (Troy, Devon & Aung) worked really well as a team, kept us informed as to time-lines, consulted with us when there was a hiccup and cleaned up when they were done. We appreciated how quickly they got the job done (2 days) and how easy they made the whole process seem. Thank you to MHR and their knowledgeable staff.

Product and installation is excellent, but when a problem with our air conditioning installation came up, Mark at MHR went to the wall (and overseas) to get us the necessary part replacement, and with installation at no additional cost. First rate. A kind of honesty and integrity that is seldom found these days. Highly recommended.

March- April all things went - air, furnace, hot water heater. MHR was awesome to understand !Worked swiftly and with in our budget. I found them to be honest and open! Then July noted " sound" in air conditioner, contacted them. Immediate response! They found the problem, manufacturer of the " part" did NOT want to replace BUT MHR I found believed in customer service there for installing a new outside unit! Staff courteous , even put slippers on to move through the home! We will see how air functions now but personal assured us if NOT seeming right to call! Well worth the price. as they stand behind their service!!!!!

The whole gang was awesome from the start , from the office staff to the installers . They did everything they could before suggesting a new unit . Had to get one anyway and they were professional and friendly and fixed the blotched job of whoever put my old unit in . The guys even hooked up a smart thermostat that I had bought . Awesome job by everyone . Would / will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone .
