What great service! They repaired my Pixel 4 and when I discovered that it wasn't vibrating anymore after the fix, opened it back up and found the problem then repaired it for free! Sadly, they misread the work order and installed a screen protector without asking me then charged me for their mistake. I really didn't fight them on it as they're a local small business and did a great job overall. Very courteous service. Would recommend.

I was having a rather unique issue with my IPhone connecting to my computer. The staff spent about 15 minutes dealing with me, repaired the issue and sent me on my way free of charge. Excellent service and product knowledge!

Had a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 that decided to stop working. I took to Ifix and they said they themselves could not fix it because of how the screen is glued into the case but they knew where to send it. They sent it away for me and i got back my fixed tablet for a reasonable price. I appreciated that they knew they couldn't do it and didn't just try anyways.

Dropped off my ps4 to get fixed, one month later and it still isn't fixed. Then calls me to come pick it up, apparently its fixed. Drive 40mins to get there and make me wait 30mins then tell me they need more time to fix it and send me home. Waste of my time

Took my Nintendo Switch over which had some fan issues and was making loud noises to where I was stressed about it breaking but this amazing crew at IFIX were able to replace the fan and clean it swiftly and now it runs perfectly once again! ???? They also have great communication and keep you up to date! I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 which needed the charging port replaced. I was told it was being sent off to Saskatchewan for it's repairs and will be gone for two weeks. Cost me $126. Two weeks later on the Friday I call to see if it has arrived yet. They tell me that they haven't gotten any shipments but it should be there the following Tuesday as it was a long weekend. I go into the shop that Tuesday and they tell me it will arrive at 3 pm. I go back into the shop and they tell me it's on a different truck that is coming from Winnipeg and should arrive any day soon. It's now Friday, three weeks from when my phone was sent off. They tell me that it was never on a truck and due to some difficulties it's just being shipped now. However, today (the following Wednesday) they called and told it's here. Its back, works amazing. (Turns out they were using a new company) Thanks iFix.

Walked in with a busted screen for an LGG4 and asked for a fix. The cost was very reasonable and he told me it would be ready the next morning ( I came in 10 minutes before closing). As I was heading out the door, the owner told us to wait a second. He ripped off the tempered glass protector I had on and gave it back right away. The owner was very honest and could have charged me the price of a new screen and I would not be the wiser! Love the service and honesty!

They fixed my screen on my iPhone. When I got it back I couldn't hear my phone calls unless I put it on speaker. I have called and left messages three times and no one has got back to me. After spending that much money, and telling me there is a 3 month warranty I would expect to at least get a phone call back. I've read ways to fix it online and have tried them. None of them to work. The lack of response leads me to believe that they knew they did something wrong and sent me home with it anyway. Customer Service is lacking.

My s4 kept turning on and off and wouldn't boot properly, so I went to idoctor, they said it could be the battery, charging port, or the motherboard. I explained I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to fix the phone, they didn't have much else to say, I went into ifix phones right after, explained my situation, the employee was very pleasant, spent 10 minutes or less to find out it was my motherboard, my phone was back up and running within the hour! 5 stars for sure, I recommend ifix iPhones over the other competitors 100%

I come in to get my charging port fixed on my perfectly working apple 10 iphone. I come pick up my phone and it no longer works properly and continually powers it’s self off. THEY then try and say that some how the phone was already broken and don’t take any responsibility for wrecking my phone. They try and fix it for 3 weeks with no luck and actually end up doing more damage some how. THEN just tell me tough luck it’s your probelem now and won’t replace my phone or do anything else to compensate me for a phone that no longer works. They have the worst customer service, got lied to multiple times, given the run around for 3 weeks and now don’t have a working phone.

I took my phone in, as my sim card was jammed and couldnt get it out. They worked on it as soon as I brought it in. It took a bit of time as it was not budging. When I went to pay, they said, "no charge." Jeremy was super nice and I thank Justin for helping me. I have used this business on three different occasions, and wont go anywhere else for my repairs!

Jeremy and the staff here are amazing. Great customer service! I came in late last night just prior to closing after running around ALL over town with a dead phone, and unfortunately ended up having to buy a new phone through Telus. I came in hoping that they could transfer the data over to my new phone, which they could not... but Jeremy did one better! He spent what I'm sure was hours on the phone with Apple today and it turns out he worked his magic and Apple is going to repair my phone free of charge!! Who would be willing to spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to deal with Apple?! NOT ME. So grateful for Jeremy! 10/10 great customer service. If I ever need any help again I will 100% be returning!

Absolutely the WORST place in the entire world. I gave them one chance and thought hey everyone deserves a second chance after my experiences. So naturally gave them a second. I have NEVER been so appalled with the service and product provided by a company. First phone was down with zero usage within 3 months. Second has been down within 24 hours. They have offered to do NOTHING. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company for ANYTHING! If I could give a zero I would in a heartbeat.

Excellent service once you apply for your parcel, personnel will assist you and help you receive the package or packages that have come in for pick up. This is a much quicker system than waiting for the longer time it takes to come straight from wish and the higher cost. IFIX Technology was very helpful to show me the Q Codes and how the system works when picking up my parcels. I also must add the staff is very pleasant and helpful with very little waiting time this was a great idea for them to come up with, works very well.

Based off the reviews, I took my phone here when my outer camera lens broke. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Because the outer lens broke, dust and debris were inside resulting in several back dots on the inside lens. I asked if it would be possible to clean the debris from the camera lens and I was ignored until I asked several more times. Eventually the person assisting me took a q-tip and half halfheartedly wiped the lens. The experience was very disappointing and my camera still had debris, the quality of the photos is no better than when the lens was broken.
