Great small business with friendly staff!

When I first arrived in Medicine Hat several years ago, our company was using the national brand stationery store across Canada. When I was setting up our new Medicine Hat branch, I requested a small item (at the national store) and was told to call head office to place my order. I was in the store at the time. When I asked why, their reply was that we order from head office and then head office sends the order to the store. They refused my in store order, telling me that that was the procedure. I thanked them and left, never to return I then found Ben's. I haven't ever gone back to the other store since and refuse to. Ben's has great, friendly, personable client service. I go for my personal stationery needs and our company has used Ben's exclusively. This is what service is all about.

Amazing service. Thank you for your help over the past few weeks and now I know of some other things I’m going to need after visiting your store. Our pet is missing and despite not being a printing store they helped me out and printed some flyers and I appreciate it more than you will ever know. Thank you for not only helping me with the flyers but also for the amazing customer service and even a laugh at a good joke while I was in. Service that you don’t get at the big box store.

First time using Fed Ex, and probally my last. I am not married to my computer or my phone so instead of calling me to let me know my package was in they just shipped it back to Calgary. I have shipped with Purolator, UPS and Grey Hound I have always received a call from these companies when my packages arrive for pick up. Not impressed.
