Customer service is awful. I left a message to get an appointment and no one received it, so I had to go in just to make the appointment, and when I called to check up on my part order because they did not call me when they said they would, I was VERY rudely spoken to by one of their customer service ladies. I understand things happen, people get sick in this case, but calls need to be handled better. It is not the customers fault you are getting behind.

I've been using B&C Appliance for just about 20 years, Kevin and his staff have always been very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, whether it had been needing an answer to a question about an appliance I own, needing a part or needing as soon as possible service due to an appliance breakdown. When coming to due an appliciance breakdown they always arrive in a timely manner and get the job done the first time and always at an affordable price.

Bought samsung washer door lock,spend 138$ even i knew its only 34$ at amazon but thought local company support it and might help in case installed correctly but part doesnot worked called samsung tech they told parts you bought is faulty,tried to exchange with different one refused,completely unprofessional behaviour,i gave him back the part i bought and Told him to get rich with 138$,avoid this pLace if you can,this is what you get when you support local sometime.

The administration lost my online request and the person on the phone was very rude and abrupt when I was trying to find the model code, stated "I can't do anything to help you" (not even to come out and look at it apparently.). Will go elsewhere. Never even got to the repairman so who knows if they are good or not.

Not very good service, time management, repair management, and not only the repair technicians or the manager does not have the best interests of the customer who pay for her and the staff. Manager and repair techs have it backwards that issues are not their problems and so who cares if repairs ARE not completed in a timely fashion OR if the repair people are not observant to see another part needed repair. Or that the person bringing in repairs has a small home business that depended on the machine being repaired in a timely manner.

Horrible service by Kevin.very rude,rather than figure out the issue with lg washer,he just wanted to start replacing parts,he said ' it's a gamble, you decide what parts you want me to repace first'. AT $110/ HR... I don't think so Horrible attitude.

My worker asked for a repair quote to see if my dryer was worth fixing. I have never gotten a quote before. The appointment took a total of 8ish minutes. When he got to my front door, he asked how I wanted to pay. I said for what? I was never told of a charge for the quote. After he left I phoned B&C appliance and told them my issue and he said he would have to review the recording. I have my own copy of the recording. I received a call from the lady that made my appointment and she stated "most people KNOW there will be a charge. Then I received the bill in my email. After talking to Legal Aid, the thing is noone tells you because legally it is "implied". So even if you back out before its done they can get their $100. I legally have to pay this bill because they will just sit on it until they can put it to collections. Unfortunately during this pandemic this local business found it is easier to make cash by using legality and not by informing or working with their customers. Very disappointed.

I called 3 weeks ago for an appointment. Someone called me on Monday to set up a time. I returned the call yesterday to be told that my washing machine needs a new motherboard. Strange no one has even looked at the machine yet. They argued with me that it's in their shop. Really! Then how come I'm looking at it in my bathroom. Guy got really ignorant after that. Then he said another 3 weeks before someone would be able to look at it. 6 weeks to have a washing machine looked at for a pump replacement. Bunch of bs, these guys are a bunch of incompetent clowns

April 6th Kevin came to my house to access my washer, it was leaking water both in the front and back of the machine. His assessment was I needed a new transmission, cost $120.00 plus and hour labor @ $200.00. He came to my place on the 12th, brought part of machine upstairs into the garage and started hammering on it, he broke a piece off, said he doesn't have time for this and left. Didn't clear anything with me or my brother, he was not given any authority to remove any part of my washer. I was never updated to what had happened until I called the office the next day. When I called the office I asked to have the owner call me. I never once knew Kevin was the owner. A half hour later Kevin calls me and once I said hello this is what he said to me. You are going to listen to me, you are not going to interrupt me as I am talking. I said, this conversation is going to stop as I have placed a call in to speak the owner...he said well today is not your lucky day as I am the owner and I worked 12 hours yesterday so listen, I said well if you are the owner then I guess you have to work 12 hours, he said, I told you not to interrupt me and don't you dare compare me to anyone else. It's not my fault I broke a piece off your transmission but you will pay for it. I said I am not you had no authority to remove my washer and you broke the piece. By now I am scared, he was intimidating me verbally...I said I will pay a portion of the piece just to get him off the phone. I want my machine fixed. He came back on the 23rd to fix my machine. I stayed in the garage as I didn't want to be in the house with him. He arrived at 4:15 and was leaving at 5:20. He put all his tools in his car and said, I am so done with you and this call now pay up. I said no, I want an invoice, he said all jobs are COD.. I said how would I know that and I am not paying you as I want an invoice. He stood in front of his car and pointed his finger at me and said, "Watch and see what is going to happen to you now." I was totally scared, shocked that this was happening. He owns a business.. he knows where I live and I am by myself. After he left I did 2 loads of laundry and water everywhere. I took pictures and sent them to him he said the water is there from where he worked on it. Sunday the water was gone, did 1 more load, water everywhere. B&C appliance was directly informed the washing machine was not repaired. Monday I received an invoice over $500.00 and I said I am not paying this. I filed a complaint with the Medicine Hat Police Department of his threatening words. I have contacted other appliance repair people and they said..do not invest any money in this machine it is too old. They said it is seals and a hose problem I said are you sure it's not a transmission and then they said, has it ever stopped during a cycle, nope, oil leak, nope then its not a transmission problem. It's come to my attention the Police were at his place of business many times years ago to deal with customer complaints. Bottom line is there was a minor leak that he was asked to repair which is still not repaired. Plus the invoice reflect many different charges. I believe I was treated very different as a woman rather than if he was dealing with a man. Now I am waiting for the delivery of a new washer and I will be throwing this one out. I was genuinely afraid with Kevin, as he knowingly spoke to me as a single as I wouldn't know any boundaries he would not cross.

Had the misfortune to deal with this business. This business is the business that Samsung uses for their repairs. The technician that was sent out to deal with our problem with a new Samsung dishwasher was wonderful. The lady that my wife had to deal with over the phone was rude, ignorant and arrogant. We would never use this business again ever and would advise anyone who is looking to be treated with respect and courtesy to do the same. This was a very very bad experience

Worst experience ever. Use them at your own risk! They damaged my dryer and then blamed me for it and are refusing to fix. And the secretary was extremely rude as the other two negative comments stated. I've never taken the time to post a review for anything before but that's how upset I am with the experience and I wanted to warn others not to use them!!!

B & C appliance are awesome- I have had many appliance repair shops come and do many small little fixes. It is always the same, except B&C did it with a smile and were polite. I just want my appliances fixed and with a smile. Many providers have made me feel guilty or bad about myself for a machine breaking down. I did not feel as I was an inconvenience for them. B&C made me feel like a customer that was appreciated and worthy of their time.
