Dropped my phone and the screen went black, after making a few calls I brought my phone here and within an hour and for only $150 I had a brand new screen and a functional phone again. Over $100 cheaper than the next closest store. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job making sure everything was working correctly. (Testing the wifi, mic, speaker, cameras and charging port) and showed me my old screen and what the more expensive OLED screen looks like too. Quality and very professional service. Will definitely refer family and friends as well as any of my future repairs here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid to have my screen fixed here twice. First time they didn't put it on properly and I couldn't make phone calls. Went back the second time and they used a cheap knockoff screen that cracked ON IT'S OWN. Apparantly the cheap screens they use can't even handle up to -15 weather. They refuse to accept responsibility for ANYTHING. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND!!! They claim they're open until 8pm on Tuesdays.. I drove across the city to speak to the owner and they were closed at 6:55!

I came in with a malfunctioning Galaxy S6 charging port. The store confirmed the diagnosis fairly quickly, and quoted me $80 to replace the port within 3-5 days, with instructions to email me when it was done. I sent them a message four days later, and received a timely response that they were unable to repair the phone without the risk of damage to the screen. I then purchased a wireless charging station from them at $35. The charging station came with a short, low quality micro USB cable (plastic around the wires was already frayed, and the device turns off randomly). Well rated charging stations are around $20 from Amazon, but the markup is the expected cost of convenience. I would have liked to have been contacted sooner, via the email address I gave them (and they had written down). I'm also not sure why I was told they could replace the charging port, but later told that they could not, and only after contacting them.

I had a iPad with a cracked screen. Everything on it was FINE. The screen was the only issue. When I pickes it up, 14 GB of data was used. FIRST issue. Next the home screen button was lose. I took it back and no one looked at it. This was Friday. I go in today Saturday and they told me to "not press hard" to open the screen. There is glue all over the sides and the side where home button is, is OPEN AND LOSE. I will be taking it to Apple and lesson learned. Be careful.

Still hanging onto my Blackberry Z10. I brought it to a couple of places due to a cracked screen and overall wear and tear. No luck for fixing. Brought it to Hi-Tech and it was good as new an hour and a half later! Working as promised and well priced. Going forward, I'll come here first for hardware and phones!

I had the screen of my Galaxy phone replaced. The new screen failed in 2 weeks. I went back for warranty replacement - they told me that I damaged the newly replaced screen, which was not true. Of course, they then told me that I need to pay for another replacement. I explained to them that I shouldn't be paying for something that was supposed to be fixed by them 2 weeks ago. This time they offered me to buy a phone from them. My advise to everyone is to stay away from this place. These guys are crooks, they would take your money only to have you come back later on with the same problem, when they would try to take more and more out of you. Go somewhere else, just google for another shop. I hope this shady place goes bankrupt soon, so that they would be able to lie to customwrs anymore.

I brought my iPhone here fore a screen repair. Service was fast but the screen they installed was of very poor quality and was an ill fit in the phone. There were spots on the screen and it eventually had a faded yellow tint to it. It was also made of plastic and not the tempered glass that iPhones have. Consumer beware.

Fast service and great prices. My LG5 screen cracked.. He replaced it $150.. Made sure it worked .. If it didnt he wouldn't have charged me for trying. It worked also thru in free screen protector saving me $40 from telus store and he found out my battery was poor sold me one as well for $40. He had all parts on hand didnt have to wait long. I was happy to pay his prices .. Cellular clinic in kp mall wanted $218 just for the screen and they didnt have it in stock and also didn't have a screen protector in stock.. Ended up calling me 2 weeks later when they got it Glad I looked around..

Worst possible service ever! Plain and clear. I brought in my phone to get checked for water damage on March 19/17. I was told 2-3 days before I would get notified. Almost 3 weeks later I still wasn't called about the progress. Finally I picked up my phone on April 8/17, it was the same guy who I dealt with when I dropped off my phone. I asked him why I wasnt notified and he gave me the stupidest look without any explanation and he still wanted to charge me. I didn't care about the money as it was only $20 but I told him with this terrible customer service why should I? I left and paid and will NEVER come back again! Took it to a reputable shop that uses Apple parts and they showed me where hi tech broke internal parts by forcing a cheap screen on. This was a new iPad mini.
