The prices are terrible, I usually don't mind bad prices when good service and quality work is done well but I can't say they did any of this. If you need a repair or anything done with your computer I would recommend CDC Computers on King Edward St. As they have they do the same forest computers but with better service/prices

Just had an amazing experience with Chris on the phone. Super insightful, super informative and SUPER HELPFUL. I don't usually write reviews but had to give him the recognition he deserves, after spending numerous hours with, many different techs (not at Forest Computers) Chris was able to help out in minutes! The company I work for has been using Forest Computers for years and we've been very happy with their service! They have a wide range of clients from individuals to large organizations. They use high quality parts in their computers, WAY better than what you'd get from Best Buy or whatever. My boss and I just took one of the owners out for lunch the other day to say "thank you" and to brainstorm about how to work together more in the future. So, yeah, go with Forest Computers :)

Friendly and great service! Got into trouble with some partitions on my computer getting messed up and not allowing me to boot up the computer anymore. Called Forest Computers and they walked me through how to fix it right over the phone! Fixed in less than 10 minutes after that phone call. 15/10 would recommend! I can't thank them enough!

Dealt with these guys years back - tried to charge me to upgrade a chip into a video card - said 25$ - I put the chip into the card in 2 seconds - never deal with these guys, lots of better stores that are cheaper and not so greasy.
