I was greeted by the smile of the pretty lady at the counter. She does some tests to discover that the wire that connects the IPhone to the charger is not good. She asks the technician for her opinion. She tells me that he must update and that my device will be ready in the afternoon. The phone is ready on time and the bill is very reasonable. About 1 week later my IPhone is still down 1 time. The screen is blue and it does not charge anymore. Checks are made and I get a call to allow them to reset the device. Finally we discover that it is the pile that has a heart attack. The battery is replaced by a new original battery. The phone is functional again in the same day. I only charge the battery because the rest of the work is covered by the first repair. All a change of service. Quick service, smiling employees and very reasonable prices. Avec tous les problèmes que nous avons eus avec ce vendeur peu accueillant et souriant, j'ai décidé de venir chez RDG électronique pour un problème d'affichage d'une connexion ITunes qui est gelé sur mon écran. J'ai été accueilli par le sourire de la jolie demoiselle au comptoir. Elle fait quelques tests pour découvrir que le fil qui relie l'IPhone au chargeur n'est pas bon. Elle demande au technicien son avis. Elle me dit qu'il doit refaire une mise à jour et que mon appareil sera prêt dans l'après-midi. Le téléphone est prêt à l'heure prévue et la facture est très raisonnable. Environ 1 semaine plus tard mon IPhone tombe encore 1 fois en panne. L'écran est bleu et il ne charge plus. Des vérifications sont faites et je reçois un appel pour les autoriser à réinitialiser l'appareil. Finalement on découvre que c'est la pile qui a fait un infarctus. On remplace la pile par une nouvelle pile d'origine. Le téléphone est à nouveau fonctionnel dans la même journée. On me charge seulement la pile car le reste du travail est couvert par la première réparation. Tout un changement de service. Un service rapide, des employés souriants et des prix très raisonnables. Je recommande grandement ce commerce qui m'a donné un excellent service . François
