Highly recommend Magog Electro! Our fridge stopped working ( end of heat wave and moving week in July 2018). Here’s what a professional service does 1) The voice mail message tells you there will be a delay due to backlog...so I know there will be a delay 2) Calls back sooner than anticipated, schedules an appointment and arrives on time 3) Diagnosis the problem ( compressor finished) and believes it should be under warranty. 4) He calls the authorized repair company ( in Sherbrooke) gives them all the details so they will call me to schedule an appointment 5) He followed up to ensure we do not pay for the parts covered So many companies could learn from this type of beyond the norm service and integrity He will always be our first call for appliance repair!
