Pour tout récupération de données, si vous avez un bris interne , aller pas à cet endroit.

Brought them a laptop so that they can change the battery. Came back later and at home noticed that the keyboard wasn't fully working. Back to the store, I were not unable to know when this would be fixed. They told me I was lucky if it was fixed at all! After a while, I got the laptop back. Later I noticed that trackpad buttons were not working and my HDD (got both SSD and HDD) was not there. I opened the laptop and noticed that the cable for the trackpad was broken and the HDD was not even plugged in. And the charged the big price for that... I do not recommend this store.

Barely competent guys with very little experience in Dell products. Brought them my Dell xps for a battery change 3 months ago, the battery was changed for a non-Dell compatible battery for 75$. My computer kept restarting for no apparent reason after that. I brought it back and after testing it they found nothing, but they reinstalled everything, including Windows that I had to pay for again (another 75$) as my own installation was expired. They problem kept reoccurring. A new non-Dell battery was ordered and installed at no cost. Restarting kept reoccurring, so I tried upgrading Dell bios and drivers to no avail. I finally ordered a new Dell Battery on my own and brought it to 3zcom for installation. I was charged another 20$ or so for installation and given nothing for the non-Dell battery installed at their suggestion. Everything works fine now. A generic battery although cheaper is not the solution. These guys had not idea....

Il m'explique ensuite que de vérifier la carte prend beaucoup de temps. Je lui re explique au cas ou il avait mal compris qu'il faut simplement allumer l'ordinateur avec le gpu a l'intérieur et c'est fini. Il m'a alors ensuite réponde ''alors on peut pas vérifier votre gpu''. En bref, un mauvais service pour essayer de me forcer a payer 40$ pour savoir si leur propre carte graphique fonctionne c'est pitoyable. A éviter le plus possible il y a tellement de meilleur magasin d'informatique proche qui n'essairons pas de vous voler !
