First of all, I can’t thank you enough for fixing my PC and educating me throughout the process. It is running smoothly and looks beautiful! Shane is definitely the person to go to for any computer repairs. He is extremely knowledgable, communicative, and accommodating. He had my gaming PC (which was completely dead and wouldn’t turn on) diagnosed and fixed within 1-2 hours! Shane is super responsive and I have no hesitancy whatsoever highly recommending him. I was having some HP laptop issues that were driving me crazy and he was able to dissect and identify the problems as well as fix them. He is thoughtful, thorough, and patient. He was able to explain to the "techno peasant" the nature of the problem in terms that I could understand and was clearly not out to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. A straight shooter who identified a range of solutions without pushing the most expensive one. For everyone in London, look to Shane @ The PC Repair Guy when you have computer issues. This is my second visit to the repair guy. He found my initial mouse issue in minutes and when I complained about a slow computer (2015 purchase) he saw that my hard drive was declining and that I had no antivirus. He replaced my 1000 gig hard drive, migrated my old drive, cleaned the innards and installed an antivirus software. All done in half a day for super reasonable price. The antivirus is good for almost 2 years at 35$! Thanks Shane!

Shane was FANTASTIC today. I called him in a panic as I am in my final year of Interior Design and my computer crashed with all my projects. He fixed my computer in no time with a new hard drive and its working so much faster now. Super reasonable and friendly service. AMAZING! Laptop wine spill. Computer stuttered, lights flashed, no boot. I pulled the battery, and thought I may have broken the battery connector in my haste (yikes!) Emailed The PC Repair Guy who says, “come on down” (on a Sunday aft!). An hour later he texts: wine mopped up, interior dust blown out, battery connector fine, laptop running like a champ. The price: super reasonable. This is the guy to trust with your computer hardware problems. 10 out of 10.

My 8 year old had cracked the screen of our new HP laptop a few months back and HP doesn't cover screen repairs. We desperately needed to get the screen fixed, it was in December close to Christmas 2021 and we were expecting the kids being moved to online remote learning after the break. My husband found a few places that could fix the screen and he called around a bit after reading the reviews. PC Repair guy was the only one who was very responsive, honest and upfront about the cost, what it would take to repair and whether he could get the part. He was very reliable, efficient and did an outstanding job! After dropping off our laptop with him, we got it back fully repaired the next day looking like new. And as a bonus the resolution and colour of the screen is 100% better then the original. It looks so great even our 8 year old noticed. Highly recommend the PC Repair Guy! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! I can't thank you enough Shane! You did an amazing job! We would be struggling with remote learning now if it wasn't for you. Thank you!

On a Friday morning my hard drive crashed. I decided to look for another service provider for a less costly and faster service. I hit the jackpot when I found The PC Repair Guy! In two hours I was up and running with a new hard drive and fresh Windows10 reload. I took the opportunity to address a heat sync issue I was having at the time. The price and service was true value for my money! He was kind enough to give my system a thorough cleaning as well.

Shane is THE guy you are looking for. I dropped in on him and within 2 hours he was able to troubleshoot a problem I had for weeks. It was evident at the forefront of his concern was my needs as a customer. I had an issue with my PC's mother board; Shane was able to diagnose and fix this problem within the specified time. I brought in my first laptop and based on his prices and turnaround time brought him my wife’s as well. My wife’s laptop is under warranty and had been sent back to the company twice and it was still underperforming. He was able to fix it quickly and for a great price.
