I wanted to build my first ever Gaming PC but I was a little scared too. So one day I went to Tech Alley to get more information on Gaming PC's and parts and right off the bat they were very helpful and had a lot to say about building your first computer. I liked how they had a booklet with different price range's from $800 all the way up. Which is kinda nice because they add the other components and let you choose the GPU. Josh was very helpful and I would totally go there if your new to PC gaming or experienced too, They have great customer service and always helpful.

Awful experience here regarding the FedEx pickup location. I had a package delivered here as it was not able to be shipped to my address. I drove an hour and a half to pick up this package which could only be held for 5 days before it was shipped back. I got there on the last day to pick it up (as it was the only day I was able to make the drive) and I was unprofessionally turned away as their FedEx person was not in that day. Absolutely frustrating and my package was sent back to the sender and I will never be getting this package because of your lack of organization. Completely unprofessional and I suggest finding someone to fill in on the days that the person that is SUPPOSED to be there isn't. Do better.

Needed someone to quickly solder a circuit board for my dryer and I didn’t have the equipment. For 20 bucks they did the job and my dryer works great....likely saved us over 300 bucks. Really helpful people there who are ready to help...Great Job!

Despite living two hours away, it was my first time coming to these guys for help. Extremley patient and helpful. Had many questions about my 3d printer and they explained everything to me in great detail and terms i can understand. Josh and Ken extremely knowledgeble about their stuff. Highly recommend these pros. If any further issues arrise, will sure ask these guys again if i can't solve them myself :)

I just came in for an Andorid Box, the staff was very nice and helpful, I received the information I needed to make my mind and the box works perfectly as described. Would give 5 stars if not for the lack of stock: I could only choose between a level 1 and a level 4 box (wich is a 100 dollars difference), no boxes in between.

I willl keep this review brief as possible; All The gentlemen at Tech Alley are all awesome and their service and computer hardware are all excellant quality! I had my new computer system custom built there over a year ago, and have done several minor and major upgrades since then to it. I am extremely happy, content and satisfied with going to them for either tech advice upon purchasing something new either minor or major and/or for service and parts; I highly recommend them to anyone if they want excellant quaulity parts (which are tested) and service!

Don't take your Android TV box here. It's half fixed and locked so no more add-ons for you and they took my plug for the box. They have no customer service or ethics. Can I give zero sttars if I could.

My laptop which I used for school had a hardware issue. I went to Tech Alley for a fast, effective, and fairly priced diagnostic test. They got back to me very quickly to let me know the issue with my hard drive, they provided different parts costs and emailed me an invoice. Their wonderful technician, Chris, walked me through their entire process over the phone and within a few days my hard drive was replaced with a more reliable SSD. Thank you so much for saving my laptop I use for school! The prices are also VERY reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in town looking for efficient, well priced and reliable laptop repairs

One of the sales reps, Pieter, went out of his way to make finding a Christmas gift for my mom really fun and easy. Together we scanned a 3D version of me and 3D printed it! He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks Pieter! Tons of cool high-tech stuff in the store, and the staff really make it a great experience. Would really suggest taking a look, even if it's just to see what's on the cutting edge these days.

I had always wanted to build my own PC, but it seemed really daunting trying to make sure everything was compatible, assembled correctly, and future-proofed as much as possible. I decided to go into Tech Alley to get help with building a mid-low tier gaming rig. Chris and the other staff members I spoke to are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I spoke to Chris and told him what my budget was and what I was hoping to use it for. He helped me pick out a package that suited me and also helped with customizing some options (e.g. different SSD and adding a wireless receiver). I'm extremely happy with the result. The computer runs amazing with everything I was hoping to use it for and the way they assembled it is like a work of art. My package came with Windows 10 and they did stress tests to make sure all the parts were in good order before handing it off to me. They gave me all the original boxes with the warranty information and serial numbers so I have all the information I need in case something stops working. I tell all my gaming buddies to go here. Even if you choose to buy parts online or secondhand, I highly recommend having their team install them for you!!

Want in there to get a custom build computer, Chris was really helpful in letting me know what I needed to have a computer that I can stream and play games. I also liked that he advised me on getting a different graphic card that is just as good as the one I was thinking of it was also cheaper. I am looking forward to getting my computer when its done being build. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. If your looking for a computer go to these guys as they will give you great advice and won't push you on something you don't need.

Went in to get my Macbook pro retina upgraded to the latest operating system, I was reassured that my data would not be lost, When I came back to pick up my laptop, everything was missing, all my photos, documents and school notes..EVERYTHING, and the best part is I was charged full price. DO NOT Trust this place!

Wonderful work and best communication. I took my laptop to change thermal paste, they cleaned it, changed the thermal paste and made sure the thermals are working perfectly. I am happy with their work and their price was low too. I would definitely recommend any laptop or computer related service to them. It was also fast and convinent for me.

Nice people the printing was expensive though and I wasn’t aware it was 20 cents per page when they told me it was 2$ minimum. and the guy counted my pages wrong (charged me an extra 7$ originally) until I counted it. Would recommend doing printing at the uwo library

The worker was not helpful at all. He was not trying to help me with my problem rather trying to sell me something from their store that I didn't need. Edit: I went to another place where they actually checked my laptop (FOR FREE) instead of trying to sell me a battery or motherboard right off the bat BEFORE even looking and my laptop. All I ended up needing was a new charger since my older one was not giving out enough output for some reason, I assume it died because of its age. If the worker here had taken 5 mins to check my charger itself and charging port on the laptop, I would of probably just ended up buying the charger from here. Also, they are also way over priced compared to other PC stores in london. Either way I'm never going here or recommending this place again.

Starter for $34.99 , Standard for $49.99 , and Ultra for $99.99, stop by today to see the difference good programming and a good box make! i took mine to a guy on kijiji did a great job for half the cost of what techally charges and put lots of apps on my box people dont waste your money on techally programming $99.99 for ultra programming get real can buy boxes already fully programed for that much

NOT HAPPY. Have 3 Mygica's. Never a problem for 2 years. Was time for updates, so i thought I'd bring 1 in and see how these guys do before doing them all. THANK GOD! This unit freezes constantly now....never did before. They told me I'd have everything left on that I had. Lost my NHL addon and whem i tried to set it up again, the host doesn't support it. Thanks guys...NOT... Very expensive and everytime I turn od Kodi I have to stare at there Logo for 10 seconds. Don't waste your time and money people.

Terrible customer service. I purchased an Android box ( one of their premium versions ). Got the box home and it was blank, I had to go back and get it replaced. The replacement stopped working after 3-4 weeks, I went back again and they were not willing to do a return which I find unacceptable. I'm totally dissatisfied and would not recommend this business to anyone.
