Zia was very responsive to my inquiries about problems I had with my iPhone 6s. I found his business by googling and was impressed by all the 5 star reviews. I had initially contacted the authorized Apple place in town, they said that the battery likely needed replacing and that they would need two business days to diagnose and fix my phone. Zia replaced the battery, updated my phone to the newest iOS and tested it, all within a couple of hours! And he charged very little, far less than I would have had to pay at the Apple place. I’m very pleased and highly recommend him.

I have come here a number of times now and almost every time I leave I have learned something new about technology, those who work here are incredibly helpful. Today I saved about 30$ because of a suggestion made by the person I was dealing with. It is often my experience that Apple, Microsoft, Bell store employees are not very good at what they do and will gouge you with unnecessary repairs and purchases out of greed, lack of knowledge of their own products and poor training, at this store I do not get the same feeling. If you need repairs or anything fixed regarding your device I would recommend these guys over Samsung, Apple any day of the week. Also by dealing with these guys not only will you save money but you will help preserve a dying thing : The right to choose who repairs your device.

I went in on a Sunday before the long weekend thinking I would need an expensive repair done on Samsung Galaxy A8. I thought I needed to replace my charging port. The manager Zia immediately noticed the charging port was dirty and preventing the cable from actually charging my phone. He cleaned it out for me really well and he tested the port and my phone suddenly was able to charge again and I didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars and wait days. I was thrilled with the service and will recommend anyone go here for good honest professional service.
