This is hands down the best repair shop in all of London. Last year I was here for a Co-op working under Hussein and Brandon. They are by far the most courteous, professional and honest tech repair men out there. The owner, Hussein, gives quotes and prices at a shockingly low rate compared to any other shop that will simply make your Jaw drop in awe at their fairness. Hussein is probably by far the friendliest guy you'll ever meet and dedicates himself to provide the best customer service imaginable. He is extremely knowledgeable and deserves your trust. They will do their best to ensure that your device is taken care of, working properly and ready to be used upon pickup in the shortest amount of time possible. There is no other shop anyone should go to but this one.

My laptop wouldn't start. I brought it to them with the usual try and fix it, if not, just recover the data. As I was contemplating how much I was willing to spend, they called back saying all that was needed was adjusting my battery. I was more that pleased to get my laptop back, cleaned for less than $30! I went to another place in town to get an estimate on how much it would cost me to get my phone port replaced because it wasn't charging and they told me it would cost me $80. Hussein at Microkool first carefully inspected the phone to make sure it wasn't a matter of dust being stuck in the phone and gave me an alternative solution for $20 (an external battery charger) and told me it wasn't even worth getting the port fixed as the problem would likely occur again. Thank you so much for honest, reliable, and quick service! They really know what they're doing. I will be entrusting you with all of my electronic issues from now on!

My laptop had been having issues with what I thought was a faulty cord/power port for the last few months and finally kicked the bucket or so I thought. Went in to see Hussein and he plugged it into a different outlet and bam, no such issue. If you're having the same issue, I recommend trying a different outlet and not using a power bar. He was courteous and prompt and didn't charge a thing for his time. If a problem arises in the future I'll go right back.

I went in the other day with my Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop to get some more ram to try and get my laptop running at what it should be and not only did the owner work with me on my budget to get me up a running he went even further and help me get my laptop running even better then i thought it would with the the money i was working with. Went for lagging while playing on low graphics and getting 35-40 fps to playing on high graphics setting getting 70-100 fps and could not be happier with how its running now i would definitely recommend anyone to take there phones laptops pcs whatever you need help with im sure he can find a way to help you amazing place !!!!

I've now had three separate experiences with Microkool over the past few years (all dealing with different computers and various issues - a cracked screen, liquid damage, and fixing the power button on my current laptop) As a student on a budget, dealing with computer repair issues is often a burden. However, Microkool is able to offer reasonable prices that are often far cheaper than the competition (I saved a few hundred dollars on a screen replacement). If you're looking for a reasonably priced computer repair, I highly recommend this shop. As well, the customer service is fantastic and the repairs are performed quickly. I have dealt with Hussein on multiple occasions, and he is extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Recently, the power button broke on my computer and it required repair. This happened a week before two exams and a presentation. Due to limited availability of replacement parts for my computer, it would have taken 2-4 weeks to order a new part and repair the computer. However, thanks to Hussein, they were able to collaborate with another computer repair shop that was familiar with repairing the broken part. Within less than a week, they repaired my computer and it was returned to me, for a cheaper price than it would've cost to order a new part. I can't thank these guys enough. If I ever have any other broken electronics, you can bet your ass I'll be going back to Microkool to let them fix it. IF you want a great experience, with great prices on electronic repairs, I highly, highly recommend Microkool. A++++

Just dealt with Microkool for the first time today and I couldn't be more pleased. Our laptop had stopped working and since we are living right beside Best Buy, decided to have them take a look at it. They said the part we needed to repair was around 250$ and at that point, they couldn't guarantee us for how long the problem would be fixed. They were advising to buy a new laptop all together. Went to Microkool and the only problem was with the adapter. They sold us one for 35$ and the laptop work just fine! Trust them. They are fast and efficient! Great service!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! they looked through my personal information and photo's and kept my laptop for a month just so they could do so. DO NOT GO HERE, they cannot be trusted with our personal information. Also, while it was in the shop my debit card and all my passwords were compromised. These guys are creeps, I'm begging everyone, especially young girls, do not give these guys your business AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD!!!!!! I had to call the police on them because of what I found after getting my laptop back.

I initially contacted them to get a PC custom built and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The PC is spectacular and Hussein went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant. I told him roughly what I was looking for and he made recommendations for all the different parts, broke down the pricing, and gave me options for each. If you are a Western student, Microkool is probably one of the best things on campus. Seeing how many students might be suffering from crashed laptops and phones, especially during peak times, this place is golden. They do the work in as little time as possible. The guy is super friendly and helpful. I had laptop break 4 times in a term and he saved me each time. And if it breaks down within a month or so, he does the repair for free as courtesy.

Microkool fixed my computer quickly and professionally. I did a keyboard replacement and they were able to do it in 72 hours by sourcing a not so common keyboard from one of their suppliers. I wish I had come here first. Geek Squad was outrageously expensive and would take at least 2 weeks, another shop in town was not even able to source the keyboard. I can safely say this is where I will get my future tech repair done.

They repaired my laptop for half the price and were able to get it back to me in 4 days, would have been even quicker if I didn't drop it off before the weekend. An honest shop that will not charge you ridiculous amounts for simple fixes. I first came to them when my laptop's hinge broke - I managed to replace it but was missing a specific type of screw, and they not only had it, but gave it to me for free when I needed no other services! They also took a look at my laptop for cheap when it broke during school, and when it was found to be a $250 motherboard repair on a $450 5 year old laptop, they let me know that that they sold refurbished laptops for cheap. I was thrilled to find out that they had a wide array of Lenovo Thinkpads, my go-to brand for laptops. They sold me a $400 refurbished laptop that works really well (minor issues like not-so-great battery life and no internal wifi driver) for a fraction of the price I would pay elsewhere. Couldn't be happier! The owner is also extremely kind and pays attention to customers despite a busy schedule.
