Watch out big box stores, there is a new sherrif in town. I honestly did not know of this company when I began my quest into creating a build. Thankfully I stumbled upon Memory Express with a quick google search of London Ontario computer stores. Their name popped up and out of curiousity thought to take a peek. Off the bat they had great prices online and I was pleased with how easy it was to use their websites computer system configurator to set up my build. Their brick and mortar store is very clean and well stocked. When it came time to get the build going every staff member I spoke to and interacted with was very knowledgeable and not pushy for sales. Just gave me the facts and even helped me save money to even get a graphics card in my build and within my budget! The build time was very fast only a couple of days and I get the call to pick up my new PC. The staff as usual very friendly and was more than happy to help me bring it out to my car. Finally I get it home and I unbox. I inspect the build quality. I am very much impressed. Very clean wire routing in the case. You can really see the passion and meticulousness they took with my build. I would guarantee you will be pleased with their professionalism and quality. I had hands down one of the best customer service experiences at this location. I brought in my pc for them to have a look at and diagnose the issue I was having. They told me it could take up to 5 business days before repairs/diagnosis would be done, which I was completely ok with. The day after I dropped it off, they called me letting me know they fixed my issue and that I could come in to pick up the pc. Not only did they fix my issue, they also fixed some other things like cable management, fan airflow, etc. Best part is they only charged me 50$, and I was more than willing to pay more than that because of all the work they did. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate it! This is my go-to pc component store now!

update: Since review things have been better. they have made a better effort to price match. i have had a few orders with them since my initial review. I have also sent a few people to the store. given my experience in store at London, I understand why the store was empty. Poor Customer Service. Prices are high. They Don't price match manufactures. but the argument would be that the manufacturer is a retailer as well

Cool computer store there is a lot more computer items inside than I expected before I went in. They have anything from monitors to keyboards to memory cards. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable I will definitely be back for computer and needs. There's lots of free parking available out front.

I called and put my name on a waiting list for a graphics card. I didn't even expect them to call me because obtaining a graphic card at regular price is almost impossible but they called me I think a week later to let me know they had one in stock. They made my shopping experience very smooth. I ended up upgrading my entire system. The store is clean, fair prices, and the customer service is top of the line!

Taylor built my PC and did a wonderful job! He and the rest of the team were extremely informative and patient with my many questions. He also built the PC extremely quickly!!! I was shocked with the 1 day turnaround time (keep in mind that I may have ordered at a slow business period, don’t expect an overnight build from anyone!!). I have minimal experience with PC building and am migrating from OSX — they ensured that my build could handle both my work (Adobe programs) and gaming needs (not simultaneously, of course!!) with no issue, and with little need to replace parts with newer versions in the near future. I also had network questions which they resolved and provided a great solution for. Overall a fantastic experience! I will be returning here for all of my future PC needs, as well as recommending this location and business to anyone I know who’s in the market for your products!! Thank you again, honest and kind service goes a long way!!

Went to pickup a new Gigabyte M27Q monitor via curbside pickup, and ended up coming home with a monitor and a RTX 3070 which was somehow in-stock. Jordan was great at spending extra time with me to help me make my videocard purchase. Great prices and customer service. Would definitely buy again.

Great place knowledgeable staff. Went in looking to get a gaming computer Phuong helped me pick one, and gave me good advice. Will definitely be coming back to buy more things as I can add more ram in my new computer, but will wait a couple months to do that. Overall a great computer store with a wide selection, good prices, and knowledgeable staff.

Shopping here was an incredible experience. The laptop I received was an open box unit, priced accordingly. However, once I brought it home the battery was dysfunctional. Within 12 hours of this I had a response from them and a solution in hand. Really appreciate the level of service and care they provided me with. What a great place to shop for all of you're computer needs. Absolutely fantastic staff, Management, sales and technicians. very courteous and attentive to my needs. Great first experience at Memory Express. I will start by saying Drew R was awesome! He helped me with a lot of questions I had regarding PC case Fans and CPU Coolers. He spent time to help me find other cables that I needed as well. Next, great selection of products that you CANNOT find anywhere else in the city. If you are a computer enthusiast take a stop by. Warning: you will leave with less money.

Best experience, on everything. Got my graphics card here. The staff helped me patiently. They don't try hard to make me buy their product or service. Instead, they just provide enough details about the product and give honest advice from a technical perspective. As a tech guy, I respect this. I suppose working there is a good experience too because everybody in the store was so kind. I accidentally dropped my phone in this store on November 8th and I left the city, I was far away. The staffs were friendly on phone, their manager Darren took extra steps to securely verify that I am the phone owner, finally I was able to get my phone back in a secured package. I like how they professionally handled this matter and appreciate their rigorous work attitude. Hope some day MemoryExpress can have more store locations available. Top choice when buying computer electronics.

Checked out the new store today and it is awesome. They're very well stocked and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Update: My friend and I went in today to buy parts to build a PC for his parents, and once again the staff were really helpful in getting the parts he wanted together so we didn't have to find them on the shelves.(he went a little overboard and bought a 10700k bundle that was on sale and a case with RGB galore) They also did a quick connect test to make sure the parts weren't defective before we left. After this experience, I'll definitely be returning when I do a new system build for myself.

I bought an arctic liquid freezer but before I picked it up they made me aware that the manufacturer was missing an am4 mount in the packaging. They spent time to let me know ahead of time to avoid dissappointment and advised me to contact the manufacturer to provide the missing mount. I bought the 280mm however it doesnt fit in my case or set up when I mock it up. I called them for replacement for a 240mm. They replaced right away after checking the returned item. Good Customer Service ????

Oh my god, this is the most amazing computer store in existence. Other computer stores have charged me $2300 in total (Enders Direct and Canada Computers), and they made my PC WORSE! Whereas Memory Express was able to fix all of my computer's problems for the incredibly low price of $56 dollars, the deposit. I cannot recommend this place enough, and not just for repairs. Memory Express, more like, The Best~!!!!!!
