Since I live in the USA, I was not able to create an account on their website. I decided to email them about the part and see if they would ship to me. Their customer service is top notch! They invoiced me through PayPal and shipped internationally. I received my package in about a week after paying through PayPal. I got stuck repairing my computer after buying a new power supply then motherboard from mega computer. They offered to help and determined the psu was faulty, returned it and put my old one back in that turned out to be working fine. They got it figured out and done in a few hours. Not a lot of places that sell parts would/could support you like that in a jam. Great, knowledgable gentleman at the counter that helps you find what you need every time.

I have been nowhere else for the past 3 years - yes, that's how good they are! They did a check-up on my old 2009 Windows 7 laptop and added such good RAM that since then, I can have 200 tabs opened all day and it still runs smoothly. I went again over the years to change batteries and phone cables (cat bits wear) and they always offer me a product that's actual *quality* at the most *affordable* price. Took my computer in after most of my system had appeared to fail. They were fast but very thorough with diagnostics and got back to me the same day. I decided to replace most of the components. I purchased everything at the store as prices were competitive (vs. Newegg & Amazon etc.). Really appreciated the time they spent walking me through various product options and their opinions re: price/performance. Best part, they had the whole system built and running within the day. Another thing to note, they file your paperwork through your phone number. If you need to use your warranty it's on file. No other stores I know of do that. If you lose your receipt your SOL.

Just took my Asus ROG in to reinstall operating system due to a startup error. Mega computer just happens to be around the corner from where I live so I took it there. The gentleman behind the counter was excellent; walked through the billing and service. He advised me of updates I could do to enhance performance. But the real gem is when I went to pick it up. I have never seen my pc so clean since I bought it. It looked GORGEOUS. After speaking with the man about how amazing the service was he informed me they have been in business for over 15 years!! He also told me he had tested my HD and memory for any errors with no cost to myself He then helped me pick out a replacement charger as mine was fraying, and I found out they have over 50 different chargers so they can service a wide variety of laptops. He was done with it 4 hours after I dropped it off for service. VERY FAST! I will reccomend everyone here! Thanks, my only regret was no asking the man his name! Contacted Alan on Saturday (after closing) to purchase 2 1080s. He emailed me back and forth checking stock and gave me a price including shipping. I was a little hesitant sending an etransfer, however there was no issue what so ever! brought a computer in that me and my family were building yesterday we thought we had the board and everything in properly but we couldn't get any video output they took it apart and did a diagnostic test and then rebuilt it and had it working withing about 4 hours after we dropped it off and then gave us a discount on the rebuild I would definitely recommend Mega computer and will use them in the future

Helped fixed my windows OS problem and additionally found out that the RAM card I bought earlier from their store wasn't compatible with my motherboard and offered me an upgrade RAM card for only a difference of 10$. Bought my first desktop from this store after spending close to a decade using laptops. Alan was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful both pre and post purchase. I don't know much about desktops, but the one I'm purchased is currently running two versions of Runescape and youtube/netflix at max settings 1080p and the computer isn't making a peep. It also runs Monster Hunter World at max graphics without any fps loss. The desktop is incredibly quiet, and feels quite cool to touch. 5/5, will be returning to MegaComputer for all future upgrades and inquiries!

Took my computer to Canada Computers twice. Both times was treated like an idiot, what I said was basically ignored and my computer was returned to me with "updated video card drivers," was told that was my issue. BSOD's since I built the PC. Blamed on driver's. Obviously crashes continued the second I got it home. Tried Mega Computer. Got a call the next day. Mega Computers resolved my issue within a half hour, and the employee that called me was extremely detailed and thorough explaining what the issue was. They kept the computer one more day just to ensure stability and then called me to pick it up. Has been working rock solid for over a week now. Will be taking my PC here from now on.

They built my 2.5k PC, even without a modular PSU (I cheaped out :P) the cable work looks fantastic. Labour and OS install was oddly expensive, but I imagine it is where they make most of their money, and they did a hell of a job as well.

Well they are practically harassing customers over here...O got a laptop charger from these guys as I thought I had lost it...but I found it when I got home that night...so I take the charger back to them ...and they just won't return my money...in the end they gave me half of what I had paid originally that too upon pressing a lot..... I don't know what kind of sales strategy they use at this place...they don't know the first thing about customer service
