The service I received was beyond what I asked for! Media Monkey Solutions not only repaired what I thought was a completely broken brand new computer. Paul was able to retrieve the files off my dead hard drive and saved me years of my memories and transferred them to the completely fixed, once broken and shattered laptop. Best part was that he was fair when it came time to pay and Saved me more $$$ than what the big retail stores were going to charge me. I am so happy that Paul and his business in now in Stratford. Paul is great! Good communication answers questions quickly and thorough. We got an Android box from him, it was programmed perfectly and all apps work. Also purchased a box for my in-laws who are only Spanish speaking and he programmed the box in Spanish and added Spanish language channels. They love and we are very happy.
