Was able to drop my computer off for a free diagnostic and Oleg called me 3 hours later explaining exactly what the issue was and what my options were including pricing. He was responsive via text as well with questions I had. My computer was fixed and ready to be picked up the next day and I had flexible pick up options. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend Magic Hands 20/10!
