Used to provide good and timely service. Now he’ll take my call and ask what the issue is but then leave me hanging as to when he’ll be able to do the work. I don’t mind waiting as long as I know for approximately how long. But his lack of communication shows that he doesn’t value my business anymore. For this reason, I won’t be returning.

Diego is awesome! Really nice and reasonable. Recently went to the Apple store because of issues with my MacBook and they gave me a quote of almost $900 for repair. After taking my computer to Diego he showed me exactly what was wrong and easy ways to work around the issues. I saved about $800 going here instead of Apple. When one of my classmates spilled coffee all over my macbook pro, I thought there was no chance it would survive. iWoka saved the day! Diego was so friendly and reassuring. He checked my laptop for liquid damage, cleaned the keyboard and made sure everything was still working. He even gave me a loaner laptop so I could attend my classes that day (I am a dentistry student). My laptop was ready later that day, and Diego let me pick it up after hours due to my busy class schedule. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Having dealt with iWoka a number of times I can say with a high level of confidence the customer interaction, pricing and speed of service are exceptional. Forget the big box stores, you will get exactly what you need, and want, at iWoka because of the personalized service. Need computer servicing? This is the place to go. I lost a hard drive on my laptop, but I got most of my data back and machine that was optimized for better performance with replacement parts iWoka recommended. Can't say enough good things.

The service provider was Diego who was able to come to my aid to 'repair' a DVD-combo drive for my computer tower. I was especially thankful that he was able to come to my house (and complying with Covid-19 requirements---masked and socially distanced) because I have no vehicle. Diego is definitely an experienced professional and I trusted his diagnosis and 'repair' completely. Diego completed our job with perseverance and commitment. Local technical issues made the project more difficult than initially expected. The original purchased hardware was very good quality but did not work for our project. Diego purchased more suitable hardware and got everything working in short order. He unfortunately put in more hours than he had been anticipating, but he always had our best interests in mind. Calm intelligent communicator with English as one of several known languages. I would definitely use Diego for future projects again.

I expected my computer repairs to be a time-consuming and expensive nightmare, but Diego got them done extremely quickly (a few days, and that was 90% waiting for parts) and for a reasonable price. He's also very flexible and helpful with suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he'd been thoughtful enough to prepare my newly installed OS with useful software like Zoom and Chrome as well.
