Amazing 5 star Service. Expert PC building and fixing. Extremely knowledgeable staff that can help answer any inquiries. If a family member or friend asks me where to get a new PC for gaming, office needs or just basic streaming and Youtube. I recommend EndersDirect as they have built over 5 pcs for me since 2006. All of which were used for hardcore gaming and they worked very well. My most recent purchase from them was a beast Gaming rig which is still trucking along.

I haven’t used this store much. Others seem to rave about the prices and service. The store does not “present well”. There are disassembled computers and parts everywhere. Some of the staff need a lesson in bathing and hygiene.

Extremely helpful. A few months ago I was looking for a power adapter and while they could order one in for me they recommended another business. Today I went back to look at laptops after looking at online companies. I decided to hold off and see if I can upgrade the memory in my current computers. Upgraded the memory in my Mac Mini and Netbook to 2gb using the old memory at no additional cost. I would definitely see them in the future. Extremely reasonable, upfront and honest about every transaction.

He didn't make much money off me, but he spent the time with me to make sure everything was done right. And I finally have music! Fantastic ownership!

I was surprised to find that the company had locked the front door and placed a table outside to appear that they were exercising precautions due to the pandemic. However none of the staff that came outside were wearing masks and there was no social distancing exercised around the table. Several customers, such as myself, wore masks but others did not. When approaching the table customers were too close to each other and staff. They need to work on their methodology.

Go to this place FIRST - they know what they are doing!!! I went to another place first and they told me that my $3,000 dell laptop couldn't be repaired and it would cost at least $600 to retrieve my data. I was about to cave and buy a new laptop but a friend recommended I get a second opinion at Endersdirect and I am incredibly happy I listened. Endersdirect fixed my laptop no problem for $90. I will only go here moving forward and I will make sure everyone else I know who needs computer repairs does too. Thanks guys. You saved me over two grand.

It turned out my cpu fan wasn't spinning when I brought my tower in to replace a video card. They actively are trying to help you even without asking. I went in just to buy a video card and they still took the time on their watch to do quick check of my system to make sure everything was functioning properly.
