Virginia was absolutely amazing! My girlfriends laptop was absolutely soaked accidentally by one of her cats spilling water onto it. With nothing else to do we went to google and found Virginia. Carrie is the best, simply because she can do everything everyone else can and she can do it for less. I shopped around to everyone in town and she was significantly less. As well I understood the problem but just didn't have the equipment or experience to handle it myself. She was the only one who actually spoke to me honestly and didn't treat me like a sucker.

So the hard drive in my 3 year old HP laptop decided to call it quits. When I saw the reviews for Carrie Computer Care I decided to see for myself if those reviews were warranted. In all honesty, Virginia was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. But more importantly, she was able to recover all of my data before the hard drive spun its last rotation. Her 5 star rating is the real deal!

I could not ask for better service. I needed my laptop right away and the big box stores I went to said they can't fix my g series Asus gaming laptop, due to it being 5 yrs old and I dropped 3gs on it at the time. One call here and I had my laptop back the next day, not a week or two later. Thank you so much, I don't know what I would do if I had to gunk my baby lol

My laptop was slow on internet. She told me she will fix that. Re installed the windows and she told me it is okay. I did pay $100 (cash). The laptop was the same. I called to her. She told me will fix remotely. never happened. After that she never answered to the phone. BAD business!!!!!

Absolutely recommending to everyone I know. Make sure you call, and ask for directions place isn’t easily found, but you will be glad you did. She took my Mac book which was basically out of commission and would cost me either $400 min or brand new. She understood my situation and that money was tight, I left her the laptop and she did her cost effective solution and charged me accordingly. She literally saved me and made my day. Laptop is working great again and I can’t thank her enough. She is persistent and knowledgeable, I’m confident she can fix anything. Which is why I gave her 5 star review!

She's the no nonsense type that will tell you straight up what the problem(s) are, explain fully how she will fix it, and is also very friendly! She clearly knows her stuff. After going to geeksquad and being told my laptop could not be fixed and files are completely gone .. I decided to look on google for a computer repair shop. I stumbled upon Carrie Computer Care and gave Regina a call. She fixed my laptop and recovered my files in a couple hours! I was astonished. Regina is very kind,very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I recommend her great service!!

I wonder why there are a lot of positive reviews. She is far away from being honest, big lier and unprofessional technician who stole money and never fixed the computer, she returned it with other several problems instead that weren't existed when she took it at first. If you want to deal with her you must be aware of your computer condition and how complex the problem is. However, I don't recommend dealing with her at all and don't be fooled with the positive rviews. It gives me a feeling that who recommend dealing with her are her friends

Unfortunately I stumbled upon Virginia's services and was taken advantage of, ripped off, and feel stolen from. I dropped my laptop off to her on Saturday, to be called Tuesday to let me know that the issue with my computer was a simple fix, no parts needed and it would cost me $200 to fix and that it was finished up and I could come get it that day. There was no communication about the diagnostic of the computer.. I still do not understand what she did as I have my computer back in my possession and it is working the exact way it was when I dropped it off to her (after only giving her half of what she was asking as she told me that it was still running slower than she hoped, and that she would remote in from her location to run a "scan" on my computer). When I arrived home and tried to turn on and boot up my computer, the screen would turn black and shut off. I called Virginia right away to let her know that the laptop was in fact, not working. She apologized and told me that she would come to my house and pick it up, arranged to be over at 11am the following day so that she could rectify the situation. I haven't seen or heard from her since. I have given up and ultimately feel ripped off and taken advantage of. I phoned a computer repair shop today (no way in hell I will ever trust someone fixing computers out of their home) - when I mentioned what had happened to me and mentioned "Carrie Computer Care", they actually informed me that I am the THIRD person this week that called in and mentioned they were ripped off by her. DON'T let this lady rip you off too... i really wish i took the time to read the reviews instead of giving her the benefit of the doubt.

I have been a customer of Carrie Computer Care for several years now. Her level of care and client service are only exceeded by her enormous level of expertise. I doubt that there is a system, networking, programming or other related computer issue that she cannot solve- all consistently offered with a smile, a great sense of humour, her 'non-nerd' language approach and her reasonable price point. She has been by my side during many a computer crisis and has always been there no matter what the hour.

I have never seen anyone who knows computers so well, and could explain it to me in a way I could understand. My computer kept freezing, and would crash every time I went online. Now, it is faster and better then it has ever been. I have not had any problems since she fixed it. This is the company to call for any computer problems. Virginia is absolutely FANTASTIC! I recently had issues with a refurbished Lenovo business computer that wouldn't run certain software I was trying to install. I spoke with her twice on the phone & asked her questions about it & also my Asus laptop which was giving me issues as well. VERY friendly lady & gave me great advice on what to do over the phone - what other shop would do that?! About a week later, my 4 yr old Asus laptop finally bit the dust....after trying to do a factory reset 2 times to fix the issues it had, it finally crashed & needed to be taken in & have Windows 10 reloaded on it. Virginia not only got Windows working properly again, she also resolved a issue with the onboard speakers not working & in addition she made the computer start up MUCH FASTER than it did before - prior to this, the laptop had been slow to start up, right from day 1. Not anymore - now it's lightning fast! Being a new resident to London & with money being tight, I cannot thank Virginia enough for everything she did for me. And the price she charged me was very reasonable too. I will be dealing ONLY with Carrie Computer Care for all my future computer repair needs, & I would suggest anyone reading this to make the call to Virginia FIRST before calling her competitors - you won't regret it!
