Honestly, one of the best places I have been, and I would recommend for simple and complex issues. I also work with IT and even with my experience I was not able to resolve the issues. As soon as I started to talk with Mike I was surprised. Amazing guy who I could talk about pretty much anything and everything in the IT world. I definitely had very difficult problems which required multiple hours to resolve however not only he was able to resolve perfectly for what I needed but he also showed me a few things that I didn't know. I have no words to describe better than an extremely knowledgeable person that would do everything to resolve the issues you have.
