Took my pc in for a diagnostic since it wouldn’t boot. Same day got an update and found out it was a cpu issue. They allowed me to keep my pc there while I sourced another cpu. Brought it in and they installed and bios my new cpu and had everything ready to go for me. Highly recommended very professional and great people. Thanks so much guys!

Great service from Shawn! My laptop was running really slow and some programs wouldn’t open. Really professionnel, he knows what he is talking about. They are not trying to make money on you. Will give you best advice and tell you how much it cost before billing you. I told him I needed the laptop for the weekend and he manages in time.

I was lucky enough to meet Paul and Shawn several years ago and have been calling on them to help me whenever I have a problem. They are both wizards at solving issues and have ALWAYS found solutions to any computer-related issues I have had. They do so in a very professional but empathetic way, always able to fix problems without sarcasm or impatience or making me feel incompetent. Over the years, I have purchased new computers and other equipment from their company, had them transfer and clean files and data. Fortunately, they also make house calls which is a terrific option for someone who has limited mobility or is unable to bring equipment in to their shop. They are two of the most pleasant and accommodating professionals I have ever met. Thanks to them, my experiences with computers is relatively civil and after their interventions, the machine and I are still on speaking terms. I should have posted this review before but if you are looking for timely and exceptional service, I would recommend their services very highly.
