I opened up an email from my travel agent which I thought was legit but it contained some malware. My anti-virus said it blocked it but I still wasn't feeling confident so after reading reviews online I called Serge's. He answered right away and told me that he was going to look at my system remotely ( which is great since I just had surgery and am in a wheelchair)! He was professional and explained what he was doing at all times. He was confident my system was clean and wasn't going to allow payment...but I'm stubborn and insisted. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks again!

I have just moved to Richmond Hill and I had difficulty with my WIFI in the new house. I found Serge on the google and he helped me to install a few devices and clean up my lap top. He was very patient, professional and helpful and gave me a lot of information and helped me to select best economic solution for my problem. I gave him calls two time and he solved the problem through the phone. he spent almost two hours with me and he didn't charge me for his work, NOTHING!! he is amazing and I recommend him to businesses to work with him. Serge is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to any questions and issues. I recently contacted Serge to update my desktop computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 as I had received error messages when attempting this myself. I had also just received notification that my anti-virus software would soon no longer support Windows 7. I was looking for a cost effective solution. Serge gave me two options with quotes and once I gave the go ahead, completed all work quickly and in an highly professional manner. Having found his services online, I had some reservation about giving my computer to someone unknown, but these concerns were totally unfounded. Not only did he bill me as promised, despite very time consuming challenges he encountered with reconnecting my HP Printer, Serge found a solution, left me with clear and concise further instructions and did not charge me any more than quoted. A subsequent issue arose and was also immediately addressed. I would highly recommend.

It is very hard to find someone you can trust, makes recommendations that is best for the company and that makes himself available in all circumstances. I had a font over-ride on my email. I had a biz tech guy work 3 hours on it, former head of a university IT for one hour, and Microsoft support tech for two hours who then escalated it to super tech. Nobody could fix it. Wiped and replaced programs and hours of grief. Before it got to the super tech I did a google search and found Serge. He had it fixed in 15 minutes. I am not fooling--15 minutes. Everything was back to normal in half an hour. All he did was pick up the phone and solve it on the spot. He's my new best friend for any computer issues for myself or recommendations to friends...just terrific and very modest price for the fix. Use Serge!
