These guys really know what they are talking about and won't rip you off. Had someone else tell me I need a new charge port and when I took my phone here to have it done, all they did was clean it and I was on my way with a working phone and no charge! Awesome place

Looked at my husband's phone to see if it was just the display that needed replacing. Turns out it was damaged quite extensively inside and couldn't be repaired. Didn't charge for labour to look at it. Would definitly return to have any of our phones fixed.

Our Ipad charging cord would not fit so we brought it to Staples and they recommended Infrared. A piece of the cord was stuck in the Ipad and they fixed it free of charge! Great customer service!

Went in to change a charge port on iphone 5s , didnt fix the problem so i brought it back and they ended up shattering the screen that was perfectly fine .. after loosing a part and telling me the phone was broken they offered me 50 dollars ...... save your self the trouble and DO NOT GO

They broke my phone and tried to blame me. Covered it up and misplaced parts from it. Really go to the professionals in the city. Or make sure you record what's wrong with it. Don't get screwed like me.

horrible job repairing my iphone, knockoff screen that didn't fit correctly and had a sharp edge. knockoff battery that could fail and catch on fire. gap between screen and home button they also damaged the case of the phone. and when i complained they basically told me oh well what do you want us to do. dah fix the phone of course but this was too much for them so they resorted to blaming me lol too much. i contacted the person who sold them the business He with no legal obligation to do so repaired my iphone back to what i would consider factory specs. i would give the infrared kiosk in pembroke no stars if that was an option. but i would give infrared in Oshawa Ontario 10 stars if i could. please don't waste your time and money on the infrared kiosk in the pembroke mall they don't care about you or your device

Would give 0 stars if I could. They never had the decency to reply to my initial email. Update: In response to the reply below about whether I sent it to the right address, my reply was sent from the website in the "Get in Touch" area. If that doesn't go to where expected, I suggest it is changed so it does. However, if it didn't go to where it was suppose to I wouldn't think I would have been asked for a review over two months later. It did take over a month for a response to my review, so who knows. I do hope that others who may need your services are replied to in a more timely manner. We ended up dishing out the money for a new iPad instead of replacing the screen. Unfortunate, as I would have rathered to support a small local business than a big box store. Good luck!

The customer service is awful. On multiple occasions we were told that we would receive calls with an update that was never received. My tablet was there for almost 3 months all they did was change the battery and never checked it as that did not fix the problem. We also dealt with them lying to us and they never knew what the status of the tablet was. I was without my tablet for an extended period, paid well for terrible service and still do not have a workable tablet. No one should ever go to this store, I never will again.
