Their Mac expert Steve got a hold of me after I called their main line, and showed up at my door a few hours later. He got rid of the malware problem we had, and not only showed me how to clean my own computer, but set me up with a anti-malware program as well; All done in a little less than an hour costing $100 clams. I'm very pleased, and highly recommend them.

Trust is a huge factor when you let someone tinker with your work devices; I felt very comfortable in using their service. I'm always a bit nervous when repair needs come up, whether it be plumbing or appliance or computer. You just never know what kind of person you're going to get. After a hard-drive crash, I didn't know who to call. I went with SDG after reading some of the reviews here. So glad I did. Michael got everything recovered and restored for me. He was professional and friendly, prompt and courteous, and didn't over-charge me for his services and time. Sigh of relief to know that good folks like Michael and SDG are out there if I need them again.
