Like usual the customer service is always fantastic. I have been waiting a long time for a replacement for a mouse under warranty. Usually the rma process is alot easier but during these times things are alot more difficult. Since I had been waiting a long time for my rma process they immediately told me I didn't have to wait any longer and issued me a replacement right then and there. I shop there alot and it shows that they care it's very satisfying as a customer to feel this way. On top of that they are so helpful to people that are good with technology all the way down to people who are not so good with technology. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for anything computer or electronic related that they carry.

My goto computer place. Prices are good, selection is very good and service is always good at this location. Expect to wait a few minutes outside as only 3 in the store at any one time. Can't touch or play with any of the computers or monitors so know what you want ahead of time. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Great service, good prices and super knowledgeable staff. Went in to buy a all the components for a new computer. Was quoted a time I did not want to wait to have them build it so I built it myself. They really made it easy by mounting the cpu on the motherboard with the cooler and explaining everything I needed to know. I brought the PC back when I had issues wiring the power button and they fixed it, in store for free. Good group of guys super happy with the end product and a massive shout out for the help I received through multiple phone calls and in store visits. Will be using Memory Express Langley for all of my computer needs! Massive props to Daniel for helping me select parts and help with the final build. You're the real MVP dude!

I went in with a Bluetooth problem as I just got a new wifi/BT card I said if it was going to be more than a 5 or 10 min issue I would just have to return card and come back a later time as I couldn't afford fees at this time. Staff was polite, professional and the young man actually spent about an hour trying to help, I am very grateful for the help I got, and very much recommend this store. Eventually I just had to reformat drive but it needed doing anyway, I will go back for all my purchases and needs

I went here to buy a USB 3 expansion card for my PC - after I had unpacked and opened the card I realized I couldn't install it because I only had PCIe 1x slot in my computer and the card required a faster PCIe 4x slot. Even though I had opened the packaging I was still able to return the item the same day and exchange it for a card that would fit with zero issues and got a refund for the difference. I was really impressed by this policy and appreciated them not giving me a hard time even though this was entirely my mistake. While waiting, I saw another staff member help another customer solve an issue with their home-built computer for no charge. Definitely the first place I will go for any computer parts I need in future!

Pretty solid. Very much not casual, mostly higher end equipment. They definitely try and get you into more expensive but better quality equipment. I am happy with what I was directed to hardware wise, was told it would be cheaper than getting pre-made. Turns out not true, was same price.make sure you check prices before agreeing to anything. These guys have been my go to place for computer parts ever since NCIX close their doors. This location in Langley is tiny compared to the store they had in Richmond, but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will also beat any advertised price, though in my case it was only by a couple of dollars and all you have to do is show them the web site.

The employee helped gather everything I needed for my build and we had a good discussion about what kind of build and look I was going for. Very large selections of computers and its accessories on one location. Super friendly staff and very quick service. Prices are much lower with price beat if you find something lower priced than what they are selling. Nice and spacious location with well organized shelf so browsing through their stocks was a very good experience. Was able to locate the item i was looking for immediately with no help. Parking is abundant and free and they are located right in the heart of Langley. Recommended computer store for tech savvy person like me. Definitely coming back for more. I bought a headset from this location. It didn't perform well... I did this research myself. It felt defective. Next day I went to return it. They immediately helped me out, and provided a new headset. Gave me some new knowledge on what to look for when buying a new headset. Like the frequency rate, and impedance. Website stock fairly accurately shows what's actually in store, you just need to convince staff to actually locate it once you're in store. Have had run-around with manager over online price matching, but overall a decent experience.

Such great helpful staff. This is one place where buying local is always always worth it. Staff are honest and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. I asked about getting a 2nd fan today and the guy helping us said that the 2nd fan would take away from the cooling. Rather than sell me the fan to make the sale, he was honest with me (I'm a girl so when people don't try to sell me things that I don't really need I'm always impressed) I got a new case today that I've been looking at for a bit, so that was very exciting. Their website gives you stock so you're never surprised with an item being unavailable if you look ahead on the website. My bf got a new mobo and processor and they assembled it all for him and updated his BIOS to the newest one as well free of charge.

Came with my brother for some kinda fancy graphics card all the kids are on about. There was a small line but it's because they're only letting in a customer per till, so once you're in it's so very pleasant. The staff is super nice and don't waste your time. 12/10 would ride along again

Used to be 5 star, now 4. Still good but slowly sliding. I am concerned that I am noticing recent changes similar to what happened at NCIX about 2 years before they went under. Maybe stores just can't compete with Amazon pricing anymore and in many cases they are slower on providing product.

Memory Express has come through with not only inventory, but customer service, and knowledge too! They went the extra mile in updating the bios of a motherboard i asked to do in record time! I even called to ensure they had stock and they went ahead and put it on hold! They even offered me to bring my cpu that they would test to ensure fitment and operation! It's every bit of the staff here and just the overall offerings Memory Express does is what makes me go to them first, even if it's out of the way to do so. Consistency is so big across their locations!

Alex helped me build an awesome computer with all the right specs for running 3D animation software. We were blown away by how knowledgeable he was, as he knew the exact specs needed to run the software off the top of his head. When the price tag was higher than we expected, he price matched every item we were purchasing to ensure we were getting everything at the best price. He even offered to throw in new speakers which would come out of his paycheck. Such a cool guy, and he was cute too! When we went to pick up the system, the staff helped us carry the boxes into our car. Definitely a pleasant experience. Now all I need is a job... anyone hiring 3D animators??? O_o

Price matched cpu/Mobo to Canada Computers and installed/updated bios free. Very friendly staff! EDIT: I was trying to install an aftermarket cooler and realized the store kept (accident or not), the CPU heatsink bracket that was supposed to come with the Mobo, since the wraith cooler they originally installed didnt need one. Not too happy about that. EDIT #2: I planned to get a bracket online, because Langley's a bit of a drive, but shipping would be more than I was wanting to wait. After calling a couple stores near me with no luck, I called this spot back and explained the situation. They let me know who did the install and where the bracket should be, but I told them it wasn't there. They said no worries, they would hold a bracket and give it to me, which they did when I went to pick it up.

These guys are really professional and take every precaution even during the pandemic. I was very paranoid at first because there was a long line up. They only allow certain amount of people in the store and take their time and did not rushed with the service. Some items that I wanted was out of stock and said it will take awhile due to covid which is totally understandable. I hope the other customer can understand that these guys are working under pressure. I wouldn't trust these 1 star reviews to be honest.

Went in to get some parts for a PC, the gentlemen who helped me the first time Taylor, was super helpful. Tower ended up being too small so i took it in to return it and drop my parts off to build. Daniel assisted me in picking out a proper tower as well as some other parts and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be making this my primary go to for computer parts in the future.

Mitch from the Langley location is very kind and dealt with the situation perfectly. Went out of his way to call me, and helped me with the other products I was in need of. Overall, I would strongly recommend that you visit MItch for your computer part needs!!! I purchased a keyboard two days ago, and wasn't satisfied with how the product was. Came in today to ask for a refund or exchange to get an even better keyboard but was told all keyboards are final sale due to COVID. It is understandable that they are doing this to prevent the spread of COVID but I was never told that the keyboards were final sale. Quite frankly, I was unsatisfied with the customer service myself and my brother were provided, to us he came across rude and not too helpful. (Another associate helped my brother pick parts and he was great)

sold me a motherboard with damaged cpu socket. I believe it was returned by someone previously, because I find the damage before I do anything on it. The Memory Express store does not let me exchange it. They said, their salesperson checked it before sold it to me. Reply to the owner: When I un-pack it at home and ready to install it, I opened cpu pack, then open the cpu socket cover on the motherboard, I saw a hair on the socket (not my hair, different color). At same time, I saw the damaged socket. So, the socket is damaged before. Also, the motherboard is dusty then normal and light scratch on the radiator. these made me believe the motherboard is not new. however, I have left the motherboard to you without refund. I just want to declare what happened on my side and to remind everyone to check carefully before leave your store.

Daniel helped me find the perfect laptop for my needs and took care of everything and even expedited my order as we needed an upgrade urgently! SOMEONE GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE! I like memory express but it really depends on the location. I had great experiences at the now closed richmond store and my experience with the Langley store is also great but the Burnaby store was terrible in comparison. The chaps in the Langley store were awesome. Helpful and when I called for additional information after my initial purchase the chap on the phone listened and provided me with the information I needed without an attitude I got at the Burnaby location. Well done Langley.

I used to shop at Atop Computers (they closed after being hit by thieves twice in a month), then NCIX til they closed their doors. I briefly considered go to a place in Abbotsford but when I called for a quote on a computer the fellow on the phone was off-putting. So, I reached out to Memory Express. Their store is a little on the small side at first glance, but, there is a lot of store behind the counter. Generally, unless I'm looking for something really off the wall (like an external floppy drive for a client) they have what I need in stock (I'm not including Covid-era shortages, that isn't their fault). Their computer system keeps track of my purchases, and the staff is always ready to answer questions about stock and compatibility. I have noticed that sometimes staff makes conflicting recommendations on some items, but I think that boils down to personal preferences of the person making the recommendation. I have had them perform preliminary diagnostics (under 10 minutes) that quickly sorted a problem and allowed a project to move forward. I haven't needed to use their full diagnostic services. All in all, whether you're looking for a laptop, mouse, full blown gaming system or basic computer, or other peripherals they will have what you need/want or they can order it for you.

When my laptop died a couple weeks ago I bought a new one from them. The color was just a little off on it so I took it back and went for a custom built desktop instead. It is roughly 25% cheaper than a pre-built, and that's including the assembly fee. They were very helpful in keeping within my budget and it only took a few days for them to put it together. They even price matched other retailers for me without being asked to and it was noted on my receipt for each item that got marked down.

So far the manager at the Langley store has been amazing to me. Every problem I've had has been dealt with within an hr of contacting them. Unfortunately after 3 days my computer components have stopped working so I'm heading in there tomorrow and will thbe exchangeing them because I have only had them for 6 days. I'll let you know if I have an issues? I hope not because I've been loving them so far and have been given great service and continue to purchase all my equipment there and send others! ???? Update: It went well. They helped me and had no issues with them testing and replacing the part I needed to replace. Great service!
