Jon help set up a new mini PC after my laptop got fried in a power outage. From initial consultation about components and my needs, he added valuable suggestions, transferred key data carefully, and handled installation quickly and capably. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and over five years of working with him – never failed to deliver great value. Even reinstalled my favorite screensaver LOL. Highly recommended!

Responsive, fast and available, but BEWARE he overcharges!! He wanted to charge me $650 for a new 1TB SSD (it’s $160 in Best Buy) and backing up 250gb worth of files (about 1h of work time). Payed $20 for the diagnostics. I’m torn between 2 and 3 stars because it would have been a great experience if he wouldn’t have tried to overcharge. He’s open to haggling though. After the owners response I feel the need to specify that you don’t need to pay extra to reinstall windows on a computer that already owns a license. You don’t need to pay for a new antivirus if you already have an antivirus subscription. You do not need to pay to have Microsoft Office installed if you already pay for Microsoft 365, and for non pc jargon connoisseurs SSD means Solid State Drive. I am lowering my initial 3 stars review to 2 stars after owners response.
