Went for a battery replacement and ended up with a broken screen and back. When they replaced the screen they left a glue mark on the screen. Finally, the battery replacement stills drains quickly and only holds a charge for a few hours. Will not go back.

I'm from Maple Ridge, and there is either no technician in the stores there or they are far too expensive, not only that, but you have to leave them your phone for a few days, in today's busy world that is unacceptable, so I found this little store in Langley, they had a technician on site and it took two hours to put a new screen on my Huawei, I saved over 100$ and it was done the same day, they also have cases and shatterproof screen protectors for far less than anywhere I've seen, I basically got two screen protectors put on, my cracked glass screen fixed and bought two braided extra long charging cords all for 180$, I was quoted in Maple Ridge 175$, just to fix the cracked screen, these guys are awesome I would recommend them to anyone I know, ask for Jag

If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst experience I have had in a long time. Brought my phone in after they emailed back saying the cost and it would be done within an hour and a half. This was the night before he said bring it here at 11:30am and we'll have it done by 1:30pm the latest. I drove out there (25 mins) and he tells me I can pick it up til 5pm. I left and said Iwmay comme back. The dude kept telling me they would fix my phone and he said bring it back. So I drove out one more time at 12pm and he said come back at 3pm. For a fix that takes an hour I was still a bit upset but need it fixed. I call back at 3:10pm, he tells me I can pick it up at about 5:00pm. These guys are either shady, stupid, or both but I wouldnt trust my device there. They need a lesson is customer service. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

????‍✈️Langley Police Attended to help me, thankfully, Dishonest Customer Service, Faulty Workmanship- Ruined Apple IPad. Issue was the screen button would take 2-3 presses to turn on screen. Took it for service to “Discount Phone Repair” (Lucky Mobile) at 20285 56th Avenue, Langley on September 18 2020, spoke with a service tech. He said button could not be repaired Or replaced, instead needed a entire new glass window. After he installed the new glass, My IPad became useless, racing and typing on its own! Utter Malfunctioning to say the least. I took it back to the store, showing them a video I took on my phone of it typing on its own at fast speed. Although they acknowledged their repair, they would not fix it without the receipt. I said “ you must have on on file here” insisted I bring my receipt. Went home and searched....contacted my Credit Card Company for highlighted charge on my statement, blocking out e- relevant other statement information. Took the printed statement to the store “ 18SEP/19SEP DISCOUNT PHONE REPAIR LANGLEY BC $100.80” The Store refused it, saying they need to see my ➖entire credit card statement➖ that is “privacy infringement” to hand over my entire statement to them. I said you have a copy on file, why don’t you look it up? Said they don’t have time for that. I said you should fix it, how do I get you to fix it? You can’t just leave it like this. Told me to leave the store or they will call Police. Wow, I was blindsided by the arrogance and utter rudeness. I went outside and phoned police myself. *Grateful Police attended, I explained to officer what I have been going through, and showed my CC Receipt. Officer went inside store and talked to them, came out and asked me to go inside. * Strange, miraculously that they found their copy of my receipt order, but it took Police attendance. Store offered me $50 refund, saying that’s if you don’t put a review about us. I said “full refund as IPad is not working now,” I said I will not write a review if you refund in full as I now have to have it repaired somewhere else. Store refunded only $50, it’s my right to review a Business to warn others. I am currently going to have my Apple IPad examined thoroughly for Liability report by examining what Discount Phone Repair did to achieve ruining my IPad. They chose this path, not me. ????I read the negative reviews here, there routine response is “fake review” or use avoidance tactics “not recalling remembering you as a customer” they deflect facts from customers Honest Truths. My Customer Service rating minus ZERO.

I went in to ask what was wrong with my charging port, they said it had junk in it and they said they would need to dissemble my Huawei p20 pro and "carefully" scrape the port clean, and re assemble it, they wanted to charge me 80$ for this, and they wanted Zero responsibility if they broke something. I said no thanks, I'll just do it myself for that price.

These guys sell fake stuff as real. I bought a "Samsung" full price wireless charger. But i found it to be charging very slow. I got suspicious and took it to Samsung shop - they told me it is fake chinese stuff. They imitated the box nearly well enough and even when I asked the main person there if it is genuine - he said in his boisterous self - yes ma'am, we don't sell anything fake, we are official distributors bla bla. BEWARE! Wish I could give 0 star but you get what I mean.

Unfortunately, the aftermarket screen they put on my iPhone 8 Plus was buggy. It would work fine in the warm house but as soon as I went outside and the screen got at all cold it would stop reliably responding to touch. I would have to warm up the phone and even then it was unreliable. This had never been a problem with my original screen. I brought my phone back to the shop and they put my old screen back on, which was much appreciated, however they would not return all of my money. They kept all of the tax I had paid (about $12) and told me to calm down when I asked them for all of my money back. I was not raising my voice at all but it was pretty clear I was not impressed. Then they told me it was only fair they could keep the taxes I had paid for their labour, despite the fact that the screen they had put on was not working properly. I took the phone elsewhere and had the screen replaced with a better quality screen and now it works just fine. I would not recommend this store. It is a bit cheaper for a reason.

I broke my Note 8 camera lens and called Samsung it was very expensive and they said if I get my phone opened outside then it will void the warranty, so these guys changed the lens without opening the phone in front of me. Good skills, Jag took out lens without scratching my phone or opening with his sharp tools and put the new one in place.

Did a sloppy job in fixing my phone. There were side gaps and my screen started bugging out again after a few days. After a week it wouldnt even turn on. Bad communication. Waste of time. Waste of money. The screens they put on your phone are not even OEM. It's cheaper and better quality at cellicon. Wouldnt even call it a DISCOUNT esp if you have to pay for it TWICE. Been trying to solve this issue but the owners seem not to care and keep trying to delay to refix my phone. Got tired after a week of waiting and went to another store. They had my number to call me whenever but NEVER did. Do it right the first time.

The owner is dishonest. I had my iPhone 6S screen replaced here and they replaced it with an aftermarket screen that has no pressure sensitivity and therefore caused a loss of functionality in the phone. I brought this to their attention and none of them even knew the phone was supposed to have this function. After I brought this to their attention, the owner posted a sign that said they use aftermarket parts and have authentic parts available for a higher cost, but that if you change your mind after installation, they will charge you for the part and an extra $40 in labour. He did not mention on the sign that the aftermarket parts are not fully functional.
