This hotel has beautiful views and the staff are very pleasant. That said, we paid $700 a night for a very dated junior suite and we were quite disappointed. First the room. All the decor is incredibly dated and stains all over the place. The bed itself creaked when you got on mainly because the box spring is falling apart. Other things like mold in the shower, endless noises outside and inside the room (non-stop water ticking noises) made the stay less enjoyable. Next time I would stay in the new wing where the decor is better. Unfortunately this will be the last time we’ll be staying here.

A beautiful place. No words can truly describe the color of the water in Lake Louise. A glacier fed turquoise lake sits at the foot of the towering Fairmont Chateau. We visited in late August and took in some of the sights. There are lots of hikes in the area, the lake front was quite busy with people. A must see for anyone traveling in the Banff area.

We stayed here for a wedding. This hotel is beautiful I have never seen such a picturesque spot in my entire life. The staff went over and above to make sure that we were all looked after. The rooms are a bit small for the amount of money that you're spending on it but you're paying for everything else.

Very beautiful! We wanted to start our hike at 7 a.m. so we thought of having breakfast there at 6:30 a.m. The hotel staff mentioned that they only offer breakfast to their guests but they would be happy accomodate us till 8 a.m. cz that's when their guests will be starting to take the breakfast ( which they indeed were). Little expensive, but I guess the experience was worth it. We sat exactly opposite Lake Louise and i would totally love to eat here over and again for the vibe.

This hotel is beautiful, the view is spectacular from our room. However the room and bathroom are small. This is my first negative review I post on Google. I didn't sleep much for the last 2 nights. Since the matress box is smaller than the matress, the sheet wasn't tuck in properly. It takes a long time every night to redo the sheets so my feet don't touch the matress. Then the whole duvet will slip off in the middle of the night. On top of that, the ac and heat unit is extremely loud. I asked the front desk for a room change after the first night, they suggested me to pay additional few hundred dollars for an upgrade. All the service staff are very friendly and helpful. I really wished I have stayed some where else, so I have more energy to do all the beautiful hikes.

Stayed at the hotel for Lunch and it was pleasant. The hotel itself has as a lot of stores and amenities and is right next to Lake Louise. Recommended stay and stop for those wanting to hike or walk around the beautiful lake.

Highly recommend staying here to fully experience Lake Louise. You’ll get sunrise, sunset, hikes, breakfast, lunch, dinner all on this gorgeous lake. You won’t have to worry about coming early for parking like many others do in order to come see the lake. I loved the sunrise canoe experience, dining, and accessibility to hikes. It’s nice to rest and freshen up between activities. Shout out to Erica at front desk for being so kind, helpful and pleasant!

The location the staff the service. Everyone at the hotel did their best to ensure you were having the best time. The restaurant¿s were amazing and the food especially the Steak was awesome.

I must to agree that this is a great hotel which provides you with spectacular views of the lake. The rooms were very expensive and you had to add $150 to upgrade to a lakeview room. The service front desk service wasn't very nice however guest services were great and the staffs were very friendly. The beds were extremely small however the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast was at a reasonable price and tasted decent.
