Super friendly guy, works long hours and will be able to assist you at your convenience. I didnt know what to expect, and he was the only one available after 8pm on a sunday that I could find and he turned out to be great. Didnt charge a penny for a diagnostic for my PC that just crashed which I thought was amazing service. Offered to fix the issues at a cost, as expected though. I'm glad I found him and will keep him in mind for any future problems I might encounter. Not only did he tell me what was wrong, but also gave me tips on how to avoid the same issue from happening again AND any other unrelated issues to my current problem that might occur. These tips were very much appreciated! Highly recommended.

I called the company almost midnight needing some urgent laptop repair for my next day training course I am leading. Few hours later all my information was backed up to an external drive, the Windows freshly installed, hard drive properly divided in few partitions and most important - all my backed up information restored to its original place. Worth mentioning that the repair condition was simple - no fix no pay and besides that I was provided a prompt quotation with no additional/hidden charges! My desktop computer started failing to boot and I had a lot of family photos and videos that needed to be recovered before the system gets re-installed. As a first time client of PCServices I was charged with the price of the OS re-installation but not a cent for backing up and restoring my data. They even put it to my previous place to ease me. I was a bit worried at first, however I got assured that if no help is possible, there won't be any charges for the time spent etc. Well, they are now my family doctors for any computers I have and would not stop recommenting them!
